I have contacted HSBC and requested that they pay back charges and interest from Late 2002. They came back and said it was on hold blah blah blah. I wrote back a few weeks and explained I am in financial hardship with priority debts but havent heard back yet. I read on here that I can go back as far mid 2001. Can I go back and ask HSBC to amend the claim? I dont have statements for that period anymore?
Total Reclaimed from banks and credit cards so far: £14139 :T
    Amount outstanding £550

Yes you can ask HSBC to amend it and furthermore you can ask them for the details from there as well.
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

Thanks for that. My concern is that they will go heavy on me.They have been quite understanding about my debts and have set up a managed loan for me. If they pay the money do they think they will send a cheque or simply reduced the amount owed in the managed loan account?

    Hi,

Does anyone know what happens after next week if the banks case/appeal is rejected? mine has been in court for over two years and i'm i've been telling myself this should be it (but is it?)

Also if any legal whizzes can give a few scenarios of the possible outcome's then we may know a bit of what to expect come 25/06

    Many thanks
