    .

Or to put it another way, it's the lack of factual evidence - the entire basis for conspiracy theories - which make them just that - vacuous theories.

The Litigation Agreement, Judgments, test case hearing transcripts & case management hearing transcripts are all evidence that the test case was conducted properly and the result was based entirely on the application of the law.

No doubt you'll respond with ''that's a load of Bo***ks'' but offer no evidence in return.

    Right?

have you got any priority debt arrears like rent ,water rates, council tax etc,if so then your bank should deal with a refund based on this, otherwise you may struggle with the the rules at present getting any cash.

Chris, I have been saying to you this for the last few months. Read the stuff we are talking about. At the moment, the impression I get from you is that you are a paranoid angry man who would torch his local branch, rather than a determined positive campaigner looking for the solutions contained within the judgements and even the OFT opinion last month. You are helping posters on here(which just abouts means I don't think you have completely lost all sense of reality), but if you researched in whichever way you feel you can for legal arguments then it would be appreciated more than the current ramblings which is like Christmas TV 2009.....not much on and very disappointing ;)
I have not worked for NatWest Bank since February 2009

i would never torch anything thats far too strong,id cover the branch in horse poo though,im not one for aggresive tactics even though some of my posts seem aggresive, the stance that has been given to myself from the halifax however has been very aggresive to the extent of implied threats from there main spokesman,i will try to curb my thoughts on there obvious behavior as it seems to be a negative one for the site,my apologies

  •:mad::mad: I can understand your frustration Chris, as soon as I saw the word halifax it was understandable

Hubby has just been walloped by £975 in charges this morning (following THEIR intrepretation of what 3 working days means .... 4 not actually 3) and been told to go forth and multiply by his prsonal business manager.

Surely this is all wrong wrong wrong!

Our whole house of cards is falling down around us (literally too I might add), but hey, the shareholders will still get their Krug at the AGM

How long can this robbery go on?
