After 6 months it will be reviewed again.

    hi

The waiver has made some more guidance about hardship. and it seems some people are recieving offers of upto 70% if they are in the new definition of hardship which is wider than before.

i dont know if they can, probably, but £4900 to clear you're credit card and overdraft, means you are dept free? or in less dept at the very least, which is good. dept carries interest. so you are better off clearing off dept with the money. i think?

Yes they can and will do it. There is no way they are going to hand you out money while you owe them money. It means you have £4900 less debt than you did last week so look on the bright side. :D
  • Am I able to reclaim again from the same account once I have already won a case?
  • My case is with the Ombudsman and i will qualify under the rules for hardship as I am now a full-time carer ... how do I proceed ?
  • i am currently using "conker's claim's" to reclaim my bank charges from alliance & leicester.

i am unemployed & getting very high bank charges (the last one for £125).

do i qualify for hardship or is there any other way to have my case heard sooner.
  • but i have a pending claim against them, got a letter threating to close the account if i dont have regular money paid into it. They owe me £400 in costs, these are on hold as you know. What can i do now?
    thanks
  • Hi
I am helping my sister reclaim her bank charges - she has got herself in a lot of muddle as the banks have been charging her £35 for bouncing stupid amounts like £3.50 standing orders!!!! Two of her bank accounts have been closed - can we still claim for charges on these accounts ???????
