Dfs leather sofa creases

Now looked at the photos and can't see an issue as our new suite (not DFS) is almost 6 months old and gets a similar finish on the seats as the filling is compressed. If left for an hour or so the filling expands and the leather goes back to a smooth finish.
These pict were takenabout six hours of no one sitting on on them. Even after two days they look at the same.
And all this within two weeks.
I can actually pull the leather up.0 -
5.5k?
Did you visit DFS on the one day in the last 10 years they didn't have the biggest ever sale on?0 -

I too have an awful feeling DFS have done very nicely out of this and managed to get a sale of a cheap suite at a vastly inflated price.
OP, keep an eye on DFS Boxing Day sale and see if your suite is in the sale at a heavily discounted price.
If this is by chance a branded suite, G plan, Natuzzi etc I would also contact the manufacturer, despite the contract being with DFS, for some advice.0 -
Does the person who sits on it weigh a lot or sit awkwardly?Hi. I'm a Board Guide on the Gaming, Consumer Rights, Ebay and Praise/Vent boards. My leather sofa is 4 years old and looks nothing like this: http://tinypic.com/view.php?pic=30mxvls&s=8#.VIhyGa1ya00
I wouldn't be too impressed with that, surely there's a lack of padding?
Mine was £800 and has thin leather.0 -

Isnt a branded suite. The 5.5k was for a few sofas (3 seater, 2 seaters, singles, etc).
None of the others have creases anything like this. I might not have been this pee'd off if I had just purchased a single 3 seater which i could replace in a few years. But when these are all in a single big room, the 3 seater looks awful in comparison.0
