Well I've got to an assessment stage in the first part of the course so I've stopped for tonight, I need to do a bit of printing before I can carry on so I'll have to do that at work.

    Thanks for your support guys.

I wouldn't have minded so much about the kindle thing if the OH wasn't constantly on his phone playing games etc! I told him he was just as bad and that I can quite happily get engrossed in what ever I chose to be doing at that moment in time including reading a real book, watching tv or studying!

    Any way, onwards!

    Catch you all soon xxx

SO happy you're enjoying studying, I love it. A very quick google gives me this http://shop.cipd.co.uk/shop/cipd-training/ is this the kind of thing you're looking at?

I'm not trying to push, just interested I swear!

Good for you for sticking up for yourself Mrs. Amazes me how hypocritical men can be sometimes.

I don't know how you (and you peaty) find the energy and time to do all this studying!! I wish I could. xx

I'm having a night off, feeling tired so might have an early one and no alarm in the morning :j

I think I'm a little behind with my course but too tired tonight, having this half term holiday off so will do lots of studying from tomorrow and should get plenty done when OH and DS are at work next week :D

Bless my son, first day at work next Monday, McDonald's :T

Oh lovely! I didn't manage to sleep by the sun clock last night but one late night doesn't seem to have bothered me as my energy levels are still nice and stable. :)

Awww to your son. Maccy D's is great place to start working!! :) He will love the cameraderie and the pressure will push him :) xx

How old is he? Personally I didn't work through school and college... I wish I had, there are studies which suggest that working a couple of hours during school/college helps with efficient time keeping. I really hope his first day goes well, but if he doesn't like it then it's all experience at the end of the day.

Lilt, studying is great, I find it hard to watch TV without studying. :)

Don't worry about being behind, usually you need a down period just to get your brain to get back into it again

I can't watch TV full stop Peaty unless it involves MMA Fighting :rotfl: and then its catch up tv as that is always on at 3am.

I think I might ask for some exams at work soon. They have me writing mortgage recommendations and PMI recommendations and I am not remotely qualified for these yet they are just signing them out for me as I write them! I'd like to have some kind of actual knowledge not to mention the right qualifications to do what I am doing!

KD hope all is well with you and studying is going well!! xxx

Thanks guys, having a mental block so having a break, but not for long as I've an assignment due tomorrow.

Lost a couple of days studying as had a family party to go to and also had to get my house sorted for an inspection, I seem to go overboard when we have those, I don't know why, the inspection lasted about 10 minutes!

My son is 17, he's in between school and college, he's been NEET for almost a year, it's been a bit of a struggle to get him into anything as he did very poorly with his GCSEs. Hopefully he'll be accepted at college and start in September.

He has realised that he's been wasting time and has no money, so fingers crossed he sticks at it, day 3 so far :)

Right off to make dinner and then back to study, catch you all soon xxx
