    Hi Tarkytarks,
Yes that's exactly what we did. Enjoy stripburger.

Oh we will :-). We've been before! Pickle fries are a revelation!

I'll have a look at that.
TBH I'm happy to pay to stay where we do. Having a balcony, kitchen, washing machine, free gym, free wifi, and 1100 square feet of living space and a lift from the airport and back beats a couple of comped nights in a strip hotel.:T
It's just that I would like to be loved:D

Can't beat a place with a washing machine, however I thought you weren't going back to Vegas? :rotfl:

they are, aren't they? Luckily for me, they fill my hubby with absolute horror...so more for me. :)
Does remembering a time that a certain degree of personal responsibility was more or less standard means that I am officially old?

I have to, we have 2 more trips this year (March/September) that are already booked, with a Med. cruise in June.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

I was going to say if you really must stay at bellagio and really must only go four 4 days then is the price ok for you? assuming 2 people are going
but then noticed its for 1....no way would I pay £1500 for 1 for 4 days.

Thanks, the rest of the guys have already booked and have paid £1350 but they are sharing a room, if someone shares with me then it'll come out at the same price. I'd rather pay a bit more and travel with the rest of them rather than go on my own.
  • Anyone recall from last year when dates for comped rooms are released for july on myVegas?

also - Valley of Fire - we went a few years ago and have zero recollection of how long the trip took...I'm assuming an hour each way and 2 hours in the park will be a reasonable period to explore a bit? Unlikely there will be much call to get out and hike any distance. Stop, get out and marvel and take some photos at key points, but probably not more than that.

Is 4 hours undercutting what we're likely to need? I realise we could spend a lot more time if we wanted to, just trying to get an idea if I'm being completely unrealistic in my thinking.

Four hours should be fine. We tend to visit VoF every trip. Tony loves it there. We rarely do many of the hikes, either because we can't be bothered, or we've done them before.

We are looking forward to meeting the outlaws next trip.

Is it true if you mention you are going up to the lounge in Level 107 for the Strathosphere then you can bypass paying the lift (elevator) to the top??

    Yes. This is true.

Not sure why you asked if the price was OK if you are going to have to book it anyway?

Have you checked Expedia for same package.
Note your return flight is to Gatwick and connecting flight is from Heathrow.

You can get a later flight back to Heathrow and a direct connection for £200 cheaper
