    I go next week - can't wait!

Any decent buffet recommendations? Ideally ones with drinks included.

Soft drinks are included at all buffets. Alcohol is extra, but there are some unlimited drinks packages available. As far as I know all MGM hotels have the drinks package. Range from $10 to $15 depending on the hotel. Aria was $12.99 for drinks, but I didn't like their prosecco. Bellagio's 'champagne' is nice. Wynn has a drink package, last year it was $15, but I read somewhere it was $18 I think. Our server gave us a takeaway coffee cup full of champagne one time, we could hardly drink any more though, sat in our fridge till next day! Planet Hollywood also had a drinks package $12.99, and we had the 'champagne'. I can't remember the name of it but I googled it and it was $5 a bottle, however I thought it tasted nice! The server left the bottle on the table. We thought it was an accident at first, but when we finished it they brought another bottle and left it!! They are way too generous with it in our experience!! I've often wished there was a webpage with photos of all the drink packages! They have quite a variety. Bellagio has a good range of beers and a couple of cocktails on it too.

    about $30-$35 IIRC (for 5 or 6 bottles) :)

Mandalay Bay at dinner as well I think. There are others off strip that include alcohol - GVR at dinner I think (one glass of wine), M Resort I think (?), and the Hilton on Paradise Road used to do it but they're Westgate now so might not be the same.

Studio B at M Resort includes unlimited wine, beer and sparkling wine. In our opinion the best buffet dollar for dollar in Vegas. You might get a better buffet, but not at the price they charge.

Only problem is that you need a car to get there. 15 minutes on the I5 from Flamingo.
The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.

I know lots of folk like this buffet, but I really wasn't keen. I think too much of the stuff was 'ready mixed' like the salad etc. Being veggie I struggled as I didn't know what was in loads of the stuff. Probably just me being veggie again. Same reason I don't like Caesars, and I have a feeling Wicked Spoon may be similar.

The Wicked Spoon was fine for me when we went, although that was in 2011. Plenty of veggie options - I certainly didn't leave hungry. I don't think any buffet will ever beat the Wynn one for veggie options though, it was fantastic and, although not cheap, was worth it to have so much choice.

Not totally sure if you are saying you are veggie. If so, MGM is a good shout as well. We were there the other day for breakfast and everything was very nicely labelled with 'V' and 'GF' on the glass above it. There was lots of veggie stuff. I had been at MGM many times before because we had a 5 night stay there a few years back with buffet pass the whole time....I liked it but I have recently read that it's a good one for veggies in particular.

Yes, love Wynn too. Thinking of going tomorrow! :)
