Mine is books. I have more than I care to admit :A Some of which I have looked at once when I bought them and then never again since

I've actually spent the whole day clearing out to have a car boot sale. It is quite extraordinary how much 'stuff' one can fit in a house :o

Edit: Whilst I was doing this, I was thinking about the case of clean and tidy house vs saving things 'just in case they're needed'. Does anyone else have this quandry? I'm not short of money, so I could quite easily buy what I fancy (I know that I am lucky). However I don't like waste. BUT I don't like opening cupboard doors and being faced with a wall of... 'stuff' either. How do you all deal with the balance?

Lol I have 19 and think that's too many...I'm trying really hard to use them but I always end up cooking something I find on the Internet :rotfl:

I made the raisin bread (adapted from an online recipe) and although most ingredients were OOD it still rose, however just had a slice toasted for supper and it's not spicy enough for me. It dawned on me I only put in 1.5 tsp mixed spice when should have had 3 tsp in...I'd used a half measuring spoon to fit in the spice jar and forgot I would need 6 of those not 3 :o

Will still get eaten though, put some aside for tomorrow and rest is in freezer.

Oh I know that my lot is obscene. But I see a pretty book and I can't resist.

The most annoying thing is, I also search bbc good food and delicious magazines websites for idea  :o

There are a few books that are utterly fantastic and I wouldn't be without. And others that I haven't touched since buying :o

I'm going to organise a carboot sale shortly. Sadly, I know I won't get more than £1 if I'm lucky per book :(

freyasmum would you mind sharing the few that you wouldn't be without ?
