    Morning.

I've deleted my post with the link as it didn't feel right somehow posting it on an MSE site.

Would you be able to PM it to me? I'd like to help out :)

Have potted £3.88p. 3p of that was road change found on my way to a healthy walk. Doing a free healthy/fitness programme to lose weight and get fit.

Probably best to wait until after your hols but it's still a lovely idea to get a rescued dog ;)

This is our thinking too, I just wouldn't feel right bringing a dog home, giving it 2 months to get attached to us and then leaving it for 6 days, I feel it would be very cruel, especially if it was a rescue dog as it might think we had abandoned it or something :( and TBH, im already terrible about leaving the bloomin bird when we go away! and he's been with us 2 years now :rotfl:
But tonight I am feeling VERY down....I made a silly thoughtless comment to my Mum and now I'm feeling awful about it....I have sent her an Email to apologise but I always feel like I'm not worthy of her love and therefore I worry that she'll just walk away from me....even though I know logically that she won't....

Ahh I don't remember if you are a mum DreamerHelen, but as a mum I can say that NOTHING in this world would make me voluntarily walk away from my children! My eldest has said a few things in his time (comes from a long line of mouth engages before brain relations) but he will always be my son and I will love him until the end of time, there is nothing he could ever say or do to me to change that.

£6.16 in the pot today, have got another £40 to pot but its still in the bank as its from fleabay sales and I just couldn't be arrised to go to the cashpoint :o

DS went to watch the rugby with the school yesterday and managed to lose his £5 spending money *rolls eyes* seriously, I wonder at times about him, so if anyone went to the rugby on thursday and found a folded up fiver on the floor, it was probably my son's! Thankfully, as he's coeliac he had his lunch and dinner with him and I had as an afterthought bought him 4 bottles of water to take when I was in the shop the night before, but no souveniers or hot chocolate for him this year ;)

    Hiya folks

Joee - hope your back's soon better

Merrylegs - great news on the bloods and hope you enjoy your weekend

mcjordi - not a very good idea to try re-shaping a car but glad it's not too expensive and most important thing is that you're okay :)

Girlatplay - I totally agree with you about the weather. Dark o'clock at 4.00 and all the sh*t weather is not my idea of fun either  Roll on the summer.

We have the same problem here with beggars and they seem to be on the increase. I usually go Chrissy week and get them all a hot pie but don't give otherwise.

Emmap - that's a lovely thing to do at Crisis :T

Not been out today - it's bitter, raw cold today and I didn't really need anything so I'll put £1 in the pot when I've slurped my cuppa. I've decided that I'm going to put my money 'saved' from not smoking in the pot as well :)

I'm looking forward to the weekend also. The morrow I am out for lunch with some long-standing friends at the local Italian (quite nice actually) and then on Sunday it's Chrissie lunch with some of the neighbours at another local restaurant. So lovely that will be eating with good company and, of course, nice that the weekend will be free of cooking and the blasted dishes :rotfl:

Hope you all have a super Saturday
    Lx

another 1.10 in the pot this morning.. however feeling really sorry for myself atm.. had a bloody car accident last night.. technically my fault too :( so off to the scrap yard this morning for repair bits.. headlight and maybe a bumper unless i can engineer a way for this one to stay put

upside is my sister is paying for the bits for my xmas present :)

Hope you are ok and not hurt. That's the main thing :(

Potted 66p today. I didn't plan to go shopping but DS1 turned up on leave from the army. It was a lovely surprise but meant I didn't have enough out the freezer for dinner :)
