Re your little Gap, don't you believe her as...she may well be after it for her own room - with the contents of course!!! :)

Er...no...she really was extracting the weeee. She wanted to buy something from the internet the other evening. It was £60. She asked if I would go halves with her. I told her I couldn't afford to at the moment but I would happily go halves in the new year. She told me that it was a special offer and it wouldn't be that price in the new year (note the MSE that I have installed into her). THEN she went ahead and bought it for herself!! (perhaps a little less MSE there). She had enough money in her account. She told me, in no uncertain terms, that I don't know how much money she has! She really doesn't need my money :rotfl:

61p in the pot today :)
    Mortgage at 12/07/2022 = £175,000

    I've been Money Tipped!
    Morning all.
2 lovely shiny £1 coins into the pot today.

Only the one £1 coin potted for myself and it was a really dirty looking one!! They all count at "weigh in" time though.
    See what the afternoon brings.

Meowhouse - I love that "free" money and I'll be cashing in some next week and the Xmas lunch will hopefully taste a lot sweeter.
I've got quite a bit towards next years "free" Xmas lunch already.

    Stay warm.

I bought some pringles today for the festive season and started to contemplate how I could use them as pots (once mine is full of course) - well, a girl has to aim high doesn't she? £2.10 for my tin today.
    I'm not a failure if I don't make it, I'm a success because I :tried!

It's still good to be saving though, EMMAP! Normally I'd encourage you to draw more out, but not this time of year as I wouldn't wish you to leave yourself short in the bank. ;)

Ok, Hoipolloi, make it something sturdy and SAFE!!!!! :D

Oooh that conjures up a delightful image in my mind, Rosy, so it's Rosy's purple potting pot then! BTW, please don't make it the b all and end all to read every page here when time's short, potting's far more important! ;)

..indeed they do, AlwaysHappy, and in every walk of life - but - especially in our pots! :D

A 20p that was in DH's pocket....but not for long it weren't!!!!! :rotfl:
