Morning all. Potted a couple of pounds yesterday. Returned a dress to Debenhams just before the returns deadline Yay! Bought something that cost more than the dress Boo!

Had a lovely text from DS who is on holiday in Malia with a group of mates. All is well, he is having a 'quality time'. He is back this evening, I'm looking forward to seeing him.

Need to go food shopping today. I am on the last of the tea bags. I need to have a clear out of my cupboards today then Me and DH are going to spend some time at the gym. I have a free day pass for him and we are going to make the most of it. I use it quite a lot so I don't mind paying for it.

Am also going to get some plants potted up into tubs. I like container gardening. I also have some salad that needs to be sown, radishes, spring onions, that sort of stuff. Think I'll crack on.

    Have a lovely Sunday everyone.

Afternoon potters- been awol for a while. RL has been a bit hectic as I've managed to get myself back to work!!! It's been great, if exhausting, to get some normality back and I'm looking forward to having some extra change to go into my pot too .

Another positive is that I managed to fill my first pot & ive moved onto my second ! I won't have massive amounts like some of you (£500-£750 a GRAND- wow!) but it will all help come the festive season.

    Hope everyone is well

Afternoon all and what a glorious one it is now. Not too good this morning, so I hit the sales. Spent too much in HOF, but worth a look as some fantastic bargains (70% off etc). £85 dress down to £25.50 - it'll do for washing and cleaning. lol

georgiesmummy - welcome and good luck with your target. It'll help out at Xmas time.

Too right. Every little bit helps and all those little bits added together end up into a bigger bit.

Potted 1 x £2 coin and 7 x £1 coins =£9. A few small spends to get as many coins as I could.

That's me finished for June, anything else will go towards July.
Target for July is £120 plus £20 of the compensation claim. That will get me to £800 and leave only £200 to find until "pay day".

Sue - put me down for that GRAND - I need a target to chase.

Enjoy the rest of the weekend and the sun.

    Helloooooooooooooo Pottersssssssssssss

I am just being terrible about coming in regularly, unfortunately RL is not playing ball, we have had a few issues that have caused a lot of problems and poor DD has started to sleep walk as a result (not that she remembers in the morning but i'm not sleeping properly with worry she'll get up when im asleep, thankfully so far i've not yet fallen asleep each time she's got up) so obviously its affected her quite badly and is playing on her mind when she sleeps.

On top, the weather is playing havoc with me and i've been like death warmed up for the last few days as I just can't aclimatise so the weather doing swings and roundabouts is knocking me for six.

On a potting front, DH went to the pub on friday and as he had left me at home on me own all week! I told him that my 'taxi service' only accepted payment of multiple £2 coins, which he was again reminded of when he rang for his lift, so while he was waiting for me he asked all his mates to empty their pockets and bought all their £2's off them :rotfl: My tin was fed with 8 x £2 coins for a 5 minute taxi ride :D plus about £5 in loose change :D:D:D

DD is now calling me for a tuck in to bed so I shall be back tomorrow (hopefully) with more potting

    Hi Everyone

Back after a lovely week in Cornwall - lovely weather too :) Managed to pot £5 (6 X 50p and 1 x £2 coin) today. I wasn't going to pot on holiday but the last 2 days I managed to get 3 x 50p in my change!

I've not managed to catch up on all the posts but it looks like there has been a few newbies and lots of potting going on whilst I've been away.

Special cheer for Crimson.addict for getting in sight of your target to be debt free :j Bet you will feel sooooo good!

Hi all, my birthday surprise was a family photoshoot (so new son-in-law is on family pics).
Su-UU - I've spent a tenner on sale stuff from Lakeland, I only buy when sales are on if possible.
We went to a Summer Fayre later on Saturday and I got an almost new Radley bag for a fiver! I found a similar one on the Radley site for £195, no way would I spend that much on a bag.So that's £15 of my birthday money spent. OH gave me £6 for the pot on Sunday so that's £18 this week, I don't think I'm going to put birthday cash in the pot because that money is earmarked for Christmas.
Have a great day everyone and happy potting.
