Dragon Lily - There are lots of lovely new ones on the terramundi website but if you find one you like the look of, type it into google search bar as sometime you can find alternative sites where they are selling them a lot cheaper then the teraamundi site, I found that there are a good selection on Zon of Ama, also some of your local department stores may sell them along with Cards Clint!n so this option also this counts as MSE shopping

    Thanks, Westie

I have a lovely large sealed saving tin I bought for 4.50 from but will look at maybe getting a Terrimundi pot next year. Will check out the sites you suggested though :)

Well the Lunch for my Grandparents 61st Wedding Anniversary went REALLY well....I bought them some Flowers, but went to Tesco so they were cheaper - But still lovely :) The Meal was beautiful....so all in all it's been a good day...

    I'm Potting £2.15 tonight....It's been a rough Weekend spends-wise so that's all I can afford to Pot tonight....but it's better than nothing :)

    Way to go JoJo,

I can't see why it would count as long as its gone in the sealed pot, this challenge is not the same as the collect your change ones that I have seen so then It could be classed as a little backhanded lol, but thats a good haul well done and very MSE to put it straight in and not spend it on what always almost turns out to be on nothing -

just think of the total and the end when you get to open it.... Yay ££££

That's good to hear Westie, I wasn't sure whether it'd count But glad it does. We just tried to have the mindset of 'its money we wouldn't normally have' so just put it away before we had too much time to think about it :)

A very Good Morning, everyone, I hope you all had a really lovely weekend. Have a good Monday, and anyone not be feeling well or poorly in any other way, take great care of yourselves and here's hoping you will be very much better soon. For now, here are some special {{{hugs}}} to help you through. Take care, all Potters, save cash whenever you're able to, but don't worry if you're unable to as NSDs (no spend days) are still ones to chalk up. ;) I should know as I have 6 of em each week!!

Not to sorry about not showing us your pig, Seaotter, even I couldn't upload mine on here a few years ago. Admire and love him/her yourself, he/she will love you for it....even if it doesn't sprout extra cash from anywhere! :rotfl:

You've more courage than I have with your Terramundi, Westie, I'd be terrified of cracking my 2 as they were both very precious gifts.

I think you're very wise of getting rid of Sky, jakes-mum, all relatives and friends of ours have done the same as they say it just isn't worth the cost.

I am potting £1.28 today. Went to Ald* today and found a £1 lying beside the trollies so in the pot it goes :)

Very well spotted - and potted, scotmumof3!!!:dance:Doesn't it gives you a real buzz when you get a free one! ;)

This might not be in the rules (not sure) but my husband was called out to a job yesterday (a homer) and brought home £180 which was an unexpected Bonus.

Hi JoJo and well done to your husband!! :D Yes, it's perfectly ok to include what's left of the £180.
I don't blame you at all for having treated yourselves to a takeaway, if you couldn't afford it then, then when could you! Good luck with feeding the pot more so the comb doesn't go in at all!! :rotfl:

I'm delighted for you that your Grandparents Wedding Anniversary went so well, Helen, and well done to you on taking advantage on cheaper flowers than florists would charge, very MSE!! BTW, £2.15 is still excellent saving so don't knock it, be proud of yourself!! :D

Good for you, Kerry, and far better than my potting!
Have a great week starting with a lovely Monday, Potter, save well whenever possible!

    Sue x
