    Morning Peeps :)

Well yesterday was an okay day in the end....some good bits, some not so good bits...but I guess that's just Life and I'd better get used to it!! LoL...

Managed to Pot £7 or £8 yesterday so I'm pleased with that....

And this morning I'm Potting £1.90 as I had to go to the local Shop to buy a few bits and pieces....

Might also have some change tomorrow....It's my Grandparents 61st Wedding Anniversary on Friday and we are going out for a Meal to Celebrate tomorrow....and on the way to the House I shall pick up some Flowers for them so I might have some change from that!! It amazes me....61 Years spent with the same person....I've never managed more than 3 or 4 years!! It DOES inspire me though... :)

Anyway....Hope you all have a WONDERFUL Saturday and I'll try to Post tomorrow to let you all know how Lunch went and how much I have to Pot :D

    Hi Westie

Love your pot:) I was looking at a selection in a local shop. I thought they were great but wouldn't want to smash them to get the money out as they were a little expensive to buy. :o I think the first post mentions a way of getting the cash out without breaking the pot. The slot looks wide enough to get out cash though.

Yes, you can either put a knife in the slot and slide the coins out down the knife, or my other pot I have made a hole in the bottom just big enough for the coins to come out and then sellotape over the hole and place on a saucer, or you can tap the top of the pot with a screwdriver and apparently the top cracks off smoothly and you can empty but I don't like that option although it's the way recommended by terramundi....

Making a hole in the bottom is the easier option and can't be seen when on the shelf,

I too think they are too expensive to smash, I have a deluxe one too which is holding my £1 coins....
