This thread is so motivating, although it's making me want to save money I can't afford as I'm so keen to get going... must remember I need the money in my current account for bills and I can't start yet - I get paid on the 21st so have to wait until then.
Really excited about getting started, is that weird?0 -

Everyone has got off to such a brilliant start! :j
I'm going to post my update on the last day of each month because then I'll know a true total of what we have saved.
Good luck to everyone :beer:0 -
I'm currently saving for a house deposit with my husband and it's going brilliantly! I feel so empowered because we're saving for the first time ever. As well as our house deposit, I'd like to start my own little savings fund. I won't be able to save that much because we're focused on the deposit but I'd still like to give it a go! I know it's modest, but I'd like to save £1000 by the end of 2015. Can I join in please?0
