I'm declaring £889 for May, which should take me to £4,723 for 2015 so far (if I've managed my spreadsheet correctly!)
I'm pleased with myself as my total for May broke a grand (the other bit goes towards my holiday pot)...this is my magical monthly target and always requires me to tighten in just a bit more.
SF I hope you're ok now and thanks for all the work you do.0 -
#139 checking in, £230.49 saved this month, not as much as I want to save but my car insurance is due next month and so I've put most of my extra money aside for that rather than into the savings fund.Homeowner:j0

This month I've (#27) managed a fantastic £2,937.49! I had a couple of ISAs mature (one with an institution who collapsed and so the money has actually been returned to me via the FSCS), and have been reimbursed most of the annual cost of membership to a professional body which should have happened some time ago.
Not every month will be like this though.
Really good to see how well everyone is doing, keep it up!0 -
Hi everyone,
A pretty good month for us this month, without any major surprises on the budgeting front. And even had some money paid back that I'd loaned to one of the boys...bonus. Declaring £3807 for May, therefore.
Thought we should revise our target for the year upwards as the budget spreadsheet is looking more healthy these days, so will ask SF for a target of 23k... that should keep us suitably focussed on maximum saving!
Happy saving everyone.Save 12k in 2013-2014-2015-2016-2017-2018-2019-2020-2021-2022 - then early-retired.0 -

Declaring £397.82 for May which isn't too bad; keeps me above the target line which is good.
No major expected outgoings this month; even had a weekend in London going to the theatre which had already been paid for a couple of months ago.
Almost halfway through the year; feeling good about my target currently.
I don't post a lot but I read the thread almost everyday and it is great to hear how everyone is getting on.# 047 'Save 12K in 2019' - £6,346.86 / £12,000 55.89%# 074 'Save 12K in 2015' - £4,379.25 / £4,000 109.48%0 -
