Although they are both under Lloyds Banking Group, they are different brands and I don't believe you can have a counter service in a Lloyds branch.
What do you need a branch for? maybe we can suggest other ways around it for you

Very difficult for me to open an account now, even 3 years on from going bankrupt, i am now discharged but many wont touch me. It just so happens that i had a letter through the door from bank of scotland saying theyre going to be sending me a new chip and pin card, and i completely forgot that i had this account!TheTracker wrote: »Open accounts at ideal banks.

Rather than hang around hoping someone else is in the same situation, why not call BoS (and Lloyds too) and ask them?0

I've seen notices in my Bank of Scotland branch that some services are available to Lloyds Bank customers but I'm not sure which services or if it works the other way round.
You will, however, be able to service your Bank of Scotland account in a Halifax branch, so that's probably a better bet and I'd imagine in England you might have one close by.0 -

Maybe search The Bankruptcy & Living With It Board for advice or ask about bank accounts you could open.0 -
You can withdraw cash from your BOS account in a Post Office http://www.postoffice.co.uk/banking-services#bankofscotland
Not sure whether they offer higher limits than a normal ATM.0 -

You might get more success from one of the Halifax branches in Plymouth0 -
Right, ive tried googling what i can and cant do in halifax branches but most searches come up with a massive small print of terms and conditions. I'd like to be able to deposit cheques and withdraw cash if i can, and also change my address but not sure0

You should be able to change address in a Halifax branch. I changed address and then closed an old account with bank of Scotland in a halifax branch just a couple of years ago.
Not sure about paying in a cheque - perhaps you could use the post office?0
