Do you need 150mb? I guess you do as you have it now:)
Apparently the deal that they are now offering includes 150mb. We currently only have 50mb and are quite happy with this. But they said if we reduced the broadband then the amount will be dearer. Doesn't quite make sense.0 -

I've tried to build a bundle on the web but it keeps crashing. Virgin didnt seem to want to budge on the offer. I will try again tomorrow.0 -

are you forced to have a landline with VM ?
I think its cheaper if you do (when you pay rental in advance for the year)
Last time I spoke to VM CS (about a year ago) when I asked not to have a landline, they confirmed I could remove it from my bundle, but if I chose to do so they would be forced to adjust the BB & TV charges upwards, effectively negating the saving!
So strictly speaking, a landline is not compulsory, but you are effectively charged for it either way.0 -
yes its not a very nice practice of theirs.
You ring up wanting to cut your contract services and cost down, and you still end up spending the same!0 -
