Maybe there is a need for a link that reads "For people too stupid to use the web".
it could then have thousands of pages behind it covering every eventuality from "my screen is not working" and "my computer will not turn on" to "my home build nuclear missile is smoking and I am not sure what to do".35, semi retired, sun, sand, sea, life is good
