Surely Is it about a product or deal mentioned on our site? is a clear invitation by MSE for the reader to complain to MSE about a product or deal mentioned on their website.

Yes, I'll agree that the way to that point is rather convoluted, but I cannot see that it does not 'refer to consumer issues' or is not appropriate.

Please stop denying the links are available.
You would be best advised to point out to MSE* the difficulties you have had in discovering them, but to say they are not there is just silly.

In my experience of using the internet, if you're looking for contact details, they are nearly always at the very bottom of a web page. Scroll down until you can scroll no more. There they are.

It's not difficult to find them really. JeanetteB, you post is really quite ridiculous, if you don't understand how advertising or websites work, maybe you should switch off your computer ? Permanently.

Surely if you emailed any email address featured on this site (even the forum team) they would pass the email to the relevant department - you haven't actually attempted any contact with MSE. Have you contacted the email address that was on the original offer page?

Sell-out or not, there is no reason to suspect that the money MSE receives is illegal, and their contact information is both clearly displayed and provided on request. Your campaign to tell everyone that MSE is a rip-off company that receives illegal money and doesn't provide contact details sounds kind of libellous.

It is not false representation to state that contact information for issues regarding problems with advertised/affiliate links on this site is not provided as a top level clearly stated contact link. Putting something which obliquely points to a reference of contact regarding 'products' via multiple layered links is not the same as providing succinct information under site contacts.

The illegality referenced in the question/statement is addressing what appears to be MSE promoting and receiving affiliate monies without accepting responsibility for any possible fraudulent processing. Direct clearly labelled links and prompt replies to site users who are experiencing problems with MSE's affiliates is obviously necessary in order to maintain and promote the trustworthiness of MSE site content.
