Is Money Saving Expert is acting fraudulently?

I just dont get it. OP firstly rants on about no contacts link, then OP complains its difficult to see such a link (prominently on EVERY page they have posted in), then OP discovers said link and groans its difficult to find, but CLEARLY OP has found said link.
Has OP used said link? Not yet it would seem, they are far too busy complaining where said link is.
OP, now you know where this link is, why don't you complain to them by actually using it, do you really need advice on how to click on it?:A:dance:1+1+1=1:dance::A

You obviously spoke to someone at EE in a department that had no idea about the offer or just gave you duff information.
Actually the discussion topic is not about any specific affiliate offer - It is however about the issue of MSE not providing easily identifiable contact information when problems occur with their affiliate marketing. In failing to do this MSE is not promoting itself as a honest and trustworthy site.0 -

OK, I understand that.
Please can you tell us what you are doing about it?
The reason I ask is that you appear to be just a moaner, and not the slightest bit interested in putting anything right.0 -

Well the link is clear - everyone in this thread knows where it is and how to use it - except you it seems.
If you follow that "Contact" link - there is also an option to complain to MSE.
I presume you will also be reporting MSE to ActionFraud if you believe the site to be acting fraudulently. Why not go the whole hog and copy your MP into the debate.?!0 -

Aaargh!!! How many times?!? Yes they DO.
Ye gods.
JB - seriously; this is not helping you to resolve your problem. You may have better fortune in trying to convince a cat that it is a dog, but repeated postings about lack of contact information - which actually appear alongside the 'how to contact us' section - is ridiculous in the extreme and makes you out to be a bigger fool than I suspect you really are.0 -
The inability for those who are unable to understand and acknowledge there is a problem is disheartening and disingenuous.
Try considering the user of this site who may have a problem with an affiliate link which did not work as advertised and consider that the user needs to contact MSE about the issue.
Here is a website which contains useful information on how to understand this from a usability point of view:
www dot usability dot gov
/how to tools
/usability evaluation methods
then ask someone to be a test user of this site tasked to find the appropriate contact information.
At present under contact there are the following contacts links all of which are not relevant -
It is not about the forum
It is not about Martin email
It is not about product change or broken link in article
It is not about a technical problem
It is not an MSE news story
It is not about asking Martin a question
as per the MSE site contact link:

I give up.
JB - if you are after Martin Lewis himself this is the wrong place. This site is for those seeking primarily financial advice and/or support.
I daresay there are sites (though personally I can't name any) that deal with vendettas and harassment of individuals. Perhaps you may find more solidarity there...?
Whatever is troubling you; I hope you find the peace you are seeking.0 -
Too much time on their hands. They should get out more.0

They probably can't find the front door. It's hidden right at the bottom of the hallway. One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.0

I don't think they're going to give up on this one. Everyone else disagrees with them but they don't want to know.Come on you Irons0
