This may seem a bit out there....but if you don't like the way MSE promote things- then don't use them.

Anyone who blindly takes up an offer without doing their own research as well is a bit of a numpty in my book.

Because the company refuses to acknowledge they are responsible asnoted in the initial post and refers the problem back to MSE.

They arent responsible, they are just advertising medium

If you see an advert on ITV for a pair of football boots and buy them. Do you complaint to ITV if you dont like them when they turn up or if they dont turn up?

Martin Lewis holds himself out as an "expert", and many people think of him as some godlike can do no wrong figure. They don't realise that he sold out to the highest bidder long ago and that the primary motivation of this site is actually money making. People are naive, but ML hides behind a lot of the small print he so vocally opposes - kind of ironic really ;)

Id hardly call it small print. Its at the bottom of every page of the website and very easy for all to see.

From a personal point of view, I would agree. But this is no different from the "small print" ML is constantly criticising - to the informed that is easy to see too. Note that Moneysavingexpert is in a much larger font than the disclaimer.

I do think there must be a campaign to discredit MSE website if they refuse to provide contact information regarding issues with their paid for commission services.

If you have a specific issue, why not take Exile_Geordie's advice and post the circumstances on here to see what advice you get.

Have you actually looked at the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of every page?

Specifically the section relating to cashback - as I believe you are talking about and not affiliate links.

I can see where your coming from, however unlike many other sites, its not exactly hidden away on MSE. Theres warnings on every page.

There should be a way of contacting MSE regarding issues over their paid for commission third party providers. There is not.

How many times are you going to say that?

Have you actually contacted MSE through one of the methods mentioned earlier?
If so, did MSE refuse to address your concern?
    JeanetteB wrote: »
All the MSE contacts on the site refer to issues not related to problems with affiliate offers. There is no email contact, there is no phone contact, there is no online form for affiliate offer problems.
    This is simply wrong.

I can only assume you didn't bother following the chain of links from the Contacts link which is at the bottom of every page on the MSE website.

    I'll spell out the chain:
    1) from the Contacts, click on Alert us if the site is down, or any other technical glitches
    2) then click on How can I complain about, or thank MSE?
    3) then click on Is it about a product or deal mentioned on our site?
    4) then click on Email the team (product or deal complaint)

OK, may not be as simple as you would like, but it is there.

Alternatively, did you consider writing a letter?
As pointed out earlier, their T&Cs invite you to do just that:

Theres several ways to contact them. Their postal address. Their email address and if your problem relates to cashback and you follow the advice of the post I've quoted below, it will take you through to an online contact form.

Or is it just too much effort to write a letter/look for contact details and much easier just to write half a dozen posts about how theres no way to contact them?
You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride
