I have 2 accounts showing, both called "CURRENT ACCOUNT".

Is that just the nickname? Does it say "CURRENT ACCOUNT" in the field highlighted for both of yours?

I just put a switch day I liked on the form. They had to ring me to move because I said one too soon 😀.

I think they attempted to ring me last week but I cannot take the call because I am Deaf. I have mentioned about my Deafness on the forms. I asked Natwest today for the switch date and they said it'll be 8th January and I'm happy with that.

Any word on if this offer will be taken away anytime soon? I am looking to open an account for the £150 offer but I can't do so until a further 2 weeks time.

  • Anyone else had trouble sending money back to themselves without a security token? I transferred £1,000 in and transferred out £300 back to the same account it originally came from, that went through fine, then I did another £300, that was referred, then another £300 and another £100 which were both referred. Been sat like that for 3 days now...
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.

For the £150 it's a one-off £1000. For interest on the Current Account Direct it's £1000 every month.

Had a letter from the fraud dept after payment got blocked. Spoke to them on the phone today and all limits have now been removed with no mention of security tokens.

I found that amounts under £300 could still be transferred even after the first one was blocked
