. I forgot to ask if Nationwide flex account was ok to transfer but I'm sure I've read somewhere that it's ok. Has anyone had any problems with that please? Thanks.

One of mine was a flex and I had no problems with it

I've opened 8 with no referrals so not sure why some are being referred?

I was happy with 1 then 2 then 4 and so on...but seeing the success of others it encouraged me to do better!
  • Could the referrals be due to the reasons given for a new account?

Can't be as I got referred on my first account and that was for my salary.

Does each account have to have a minimum of £1000 of supposed income coming in? Or can it be any amount when they ask you?

On one of mine I said it was as little as 250 coming in...

Thanks. Funnily enough I told my sisters about this and even though they have less income than me but exactly the same other sort of details e.g. No previous credit history, they both got accepted for their first accounts. So the referral must be random. Can't think of any other reason.

No decision yet on my referral. The lady said to call tomorrow if I don't receive a call myself.
  • Sorry to seem dim but can anyone explain to me what you mean by refferal?

Also, are you opening the same account several times or different accounts with YB? I have their brochure and it shows 5 different accounts each with different criteria.

I have just opened their Readycash account and returned the switch papers.

Can i now open another readycash or will it have to be one of the others?

    Hello again.

Referred means it goes to to the under-writers a team that decides if your reasons for opening the account are legitimate/they want to give you the account. My second account got referred, rang them back 2 days later they said it was fine. Oh's 3rd got referred, rang back fine, then the 4th got referred too. A bit annoying lol All ours are plus accounts. I believe someone on here has at least 4 readycash accounts.
