embb hoping Aunty feels better very soon.
Shame I don't live near you - I'm pretty good at putting together flat-pack furniture (though I'd probably need someone to tighten all the screws properly these days).:D It's yet another thing I'd do in preference to giving myself a facial!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Just waiting for Mr LW to appear - he's on his way, but stopping off for petrol before he comes home. Dins is 2nd half of yesterday's Shepherd Spy - then I need him to help me wash my hair (hateful task, but needs must.....)
ETA just seen mummyroysof3's post - what a bummer! Hope something else comes along for DH soon.If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -

Hi all, just popping in. Have missed my 10pm bedtime, but just off now, and NO LAPTOP IN THE BEDROOM. Just have to do my new skincare routine first!
I managed to clean the bathroom and stairs so I wasn't embarressed when the man came for the fan. I have also decluttered a couple of largish pieces of work that were bothering me. Took baby to playgroup.
I'm teaching tomorrow too mamanine.
Don't worry about 'falling off the wagon' . I Don't think I have ever once completed a whole list on here! But it does remind me to to something every day, and that is seeming to (very gradually) make a difference. The house is still often (usually?!) messy, but the messes are slowly getting smaller. Yesterday I put away the clean laundry (pile was nearly as high as my 2 yr old!) and even just things like that (which I should be doing anywAY!) make me feel a bit saner. This littlies helped me. I hope you find your groove, and a good balance between kid-time and house-time.0 -

That should explain the spoons.
It's DD's birthday today, 13 years old. I bought her a beautiful cake and then the woofer had a go at it !
LW, thanks for the healing vibes for Willow. I think they may have worked a touch too well as (I got DH to open our window a little smidge this am), I went up to give her antibiotics at 9 and the window had been pushed open (I struggle to open this window and Willow is tiny!), and Willow is nowhere to be seen. Darn cat has done a bunk from my bedroom window which is the only upstairs window with nothing to jump down on to . I couldn't find her all day! She's back and safe as far as I can tell.
Pigpen, sorry to hear about your Aunt, I hope you get the support you need during this time.
Sorry to the Aunt who had the stroke, I hope her recovery time is short.
I managed to get most of the housework up together but didn't do the beds. As Willow went off, I ran upstairs with the Hoover as there was cat litter all over the place.
Welcome back, narcolepsy xx- doesn't seem that long ago!
