Feeling quite positive this morning after visit to the doctor
So far I've emptied the DW and reloaded it. DD2 did it last night but hadn't mastered the shuffling round you do to fit everything in so last nights saucepans were left out.
WM has been on (2nd load in now), it was all towels so stuck in the TD to just discover 5 minutes ago that after it being on half hour that someone (DD1) had put it on the cooler setting
Kitchen surfaces and sink wiped.
The girls junk [STRIKE]dumped[/STRIKE] decluttered into their room along with their clean washing. Moany texts also decluttered to them about the state of the room and how I nearly killed myself getting to the airing cupboard to put clean bedding away :mad:
Sock pairing and coffee next, followed by some tidying in my room I think :undecided
TTFN0 -
I had a lazy hour this morning as I was feeling quite tired. So just sat with a cuppa and mooched on the Internet. Then took ds2 swimming. Been back about 30 mins and have had a mad dash around before lunch. Feeling guilty that the breakfast pits were still on the table!:o
Just going to have lunch so though I would update my list first.
Decided to leave the kids bedding until tomorrow!
Tidy up hallway
Mop hall floor

Friday - Living Room Stairs
15 minutes tidying up/clearing a hotspot

It must be hard to take.I know this is not house stuff, but I feel like I'm spring cleaning myself right now,m and hoping it will radiate out. I feel so much better already, and determined to look after myself - I'm sure I will be able to do everything else better as a result.

I can't believe it! All my jobs are done! The house looks good... Not immaculate but just a few toys and bits out that there is no point putting away. I still have an hour before the school run so have made myself a cuppa and am having some guilt free time on the iPad!
The only job I didn't do was the extra ironing I put on but the clothes are still wet so that will have to be done tonight or tomorrow!
I've never had this feeling before.... Feels quite strange. Thank you fly ladies, for getting me so organised!Grocery challenge-

Well, paid stuff is done but I need to really spend an hour on job no. 2, dog walked, coal and logs brought in (cold here today), quick tidy around, one lot of sheets in the wash and online banking checked.
I should really tackle the living room but dont feel inspired as we still have kitchen units stacked in there!
Just having a brew. Stew and dumplings for tea so I need to put the dumplings in the slow cooker at about 4.
I want to try and have a christmas wrapping session over the weekend so I can work out what else I need to buy for other family - then I can concentrate on our own kids.
And yeah Frizzle you are right, it really works this flylady stuff - although bits of my house are not perfect its not too bad overall.0 -
:hello: to all my flylady friends! I hope you are all well, and looking forward to the weekend.
Flying went very well early in the week, and yesterday I was very busy, mainly running DD to work then uni, so I treated myself to a quiet morning knitting. I'm making a set of baby doll's clothes for friend's little girl, and decided to knit a matching little blanket. Very easy to do, started last night, and am about to cast off.
DD and I also treated ourselves to lunch out, and have been looking around town. As well as the market, the Christmas market stalls have just arrived, lots of lovely things to look at.
Frizzle I think it was you saw The Imitation Game? Am planning to see it next week, at the new Curzon cinema that has recently opened, glad to know you enjoyed it.It is never too late to become what you were always intended to be0 -
Fell off the wagon a bot this week sorry ladies. Sadly a week off means the house has descended to the usual flea pit like state. Work wiped me out yeaterday, had an awful awful afternoon
Not sure ivemgot it in me to be constantly on it
I'm missing time to do crafts and chill with the kidlets. Going to do a mad QHC now to see if I can spruce things up a bit. I'm out tonight on an admin meet up for some vol work, then teaching tomorrow with no resources properly prepared
 late ight for me then!
