I weighed myself at work yesterday morning and I now weigh 15 stone 1lb. So I don't think I'm doing too bad really. I had a wobbly weekend, didn't make it to the gym but am determined to go 3 times either gym/ swim/ Zumba etc and to eat well too as sometimes I skip meals and I need to get out of the habit. I've also bought myself a phone that can hold music so I'm going to treat myself to a subscription of spotify to see if it can spur me to the gym more.
I've also decided I'm definately not booking anything Oz related until I reach 12 stone or I'm cheating myself and I really want to go a lot slimmer than I am.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

I had a good week last week and got down to 15 stone then this week had a hectic week and have gone off the boil diet wise. So tomorrow back on it for sure. I tidied my room and my legs ached and I've still been walking to work, just not sadly been to the gym all week. Determined to get back on it from tomorrow though!:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one

I didn't make it to the gym or swim last week again (silly dawyldthng) but I weighed myself and I've hit the 15 stone mark. I think it's cos I have eaten regularly but eaten more smaller portion sizes.
On Tuesday I'm going to an afternoon tea so won't be healthy but I think I'll go to Aqua fit afterwards and going to start and go swimming. im also aiming for Zumba Thursday and hopefully a day or 2 of gym. Will see how it goes:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Well I've had a mad month at work as we had sickness (we're not a big team so with 3 staff off for one of the weeks left it a bit hectic) and everything so sadly weight loss has gone on the back boiler. But I'm starting back on it tomorrow. I've got nearly 2 weeks off from Monday so it will help and there's a groupon on for a fitness trainer for £35 for 3 sessions so might try for one a month for 3 months. I've not put weight on as I weighed in at 14 stone 12lb, but need to get more active to see a difference.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one

I managed Zumba but that was it bar walking to and from work all week. I'm off for nearly a fortnight, so going to have a good rest while getting back into the gym. I also bought a 3 session pass with a personal trainer in Derby so will hopefully go once a month for some tips and keep it up as £25, while a similar price to my gym membership, might be motivation to keep going.
I'm also thinking of going to New Zealand, but still got to work out if I can get it off work and when:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

I'm still at 14 stone 12lb. Im starting back to the gym tomorrow as I've let myself down. But I had a hectic month at work, but we're all going back to contracted hours so it will definately help plus I seem to be on a pretty fixed shift (working every weekend, but kept my Wednesday nights off) so will be easier to plan classes and the gym. I've also got Thursday mornings off (I'm wondering if my team leader reads this sometimes lol as the other day when she phoned me up she said she had been to the gym so was like hmm, so she could be). Although work helps me cut down as we can't eat there. I've also got some packet meals in as I don't always eat that much, but need to eat more regularly and it's easier to pick up and take with me, plus some aren't too bad.
I'm definately not booking anything until I've got my weight off. I'm still aiming for early next year as I was going to go around December time this year but I don't think I'll get it off. I'm also hoping to go to New Zealand if I can save enough and get around 5 weeks off, but I've been here 3 years so hoping for some flexibility tbh.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

My fortnight off consisted of many rest days as I had literally burnt myself out. Got my nails and hair done though and went to cheltenham races which was good fun. Plus an afternoon tea. But sadly no exercise. So now is time to change.
Saying that though I put a photo of me at cheltenham and a few people said how well I looked, so hopefully the weight loss U.S. showing. My trousers are getting looser so going on the hunt for a new belt or 2 soon:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
