  • They certainly are. 16 weeks today and I'll be getting ready to go to East Midlands airport to start the journey.

    Must start and update what I'm eating though.

    Been on the scales today ands I'm 13 stone 12 lbs :). Another pound off so I'm pretty happy as I've not been to the gym this week as its just been one of them weeks. Plus went to a bbq Friday so I'm happy with the pound loss.

    2 old uni friends were chatting yesterday and hopefully we're going to meet up early December so it's an added incentive to get the 13lbs off as last time they saw me I were around 16 stone 10lb roughly so would be over 3 and a half stone lighter if I make it to 13 stone before we meet up and one noticed Id lost some weight last time a photo was uploaded on facebook (I've not really said anything to anyone about losing weight on Facebook as I'm going to upload something just before I go, but a few know about Australia and. New Zealand).

    Here's to the next 16 weeks :j

  • That is an amazing loss already! They will be floored when they see how well you are doing.
    Before and after shots are a great idea, I wish that I had done before shots myself.
    Writing all your food down really does help especially when you know you have to fess up on here.

  • Been on today and have put 2lb on - back upto 14 stone :( I think I'm coming down with a cold too but swimming seems to clear my chest so I think I'll probably have a week going swimming a few times until my chest feels a bit better (hay fever seems to kick it off but I didn't feel well with it earlier). I've got just over 100 work days to go on Tuesday so I'm going to try and cut back as much as possible and restart my diet and exercise plan to keep me on track.

  • Been on the scales today and still 14 stone. I'm fairly happy though as my diet hasn't been good in all honesty.

    There's 100 days to go before I leave work so going to use it to spare me on to try and get this 1 stone 1lbs off (would like to get to 12 stone 10 ideally but if I got below 13 stone Id be estatic. I'm going to restart writing up what I'm eating as I think it will make me think twice before eating silly in all honesty (plus save me money).

    Here's to the next 100 days (plus quitting work is keeping me going in all honesty as after 4 years of working with the same people I am getting ready for a change)

  • So today I've had

    Breakfast: half a banana (was going off as I hadnt been shopping all week
    Dinner: half a bag of chips and gravy ( I was tired and couldn't be bothered to cook in all honesty)
    Tea: had a cheese cross from lidl, an ice cream from lidl and I've had a few tictacs (I bought a load as I want to collect 24 to get the headphones as mines a bit hit or miss and I walk to work).
    Been to dance fit (instructor said its now shabam but either way it was pretty good) and have walked a fair bit.

    Another long 2 days ahead from today but I've got an old pink diary that I'm going to write food in to keep track of what Im eating and upload it on here.

  • 98 days to go.

    Breakfast: pot of blueberries
    Dinner: tin of tomatoes with lightly fried onions, mushrooms and half a red pepper with tuna
    Tea: cheese cob. Also had a small trifle and ice cream (feeling sorry for myself as I'm in pain in my back with my cold and my temperatures going up).

    Went swimming with my friend. I think we did around 1km but not found out yet as swim tag is throwing a wobbly and not uploading yet. Also worked 2 mile round trip to work
