To get to 11 stone or no Australia trip

I'm going to start updating this daily as to what I'm eating and any excercise I'm doing to keep me on track this next 20 weeks as time is flying.
So today I had:
Breakfast - 2 plums
Dinner - cheese cob from lidl with cheese filling
Tea - cheese cob from lidl with cheese filling (had a busy day but don't normally eat same thing twice a day)
Snack - a banana and a yoghurt.
Drinks - water
Exercise - swam 1600 metres earlier in an hour and walked 2 mile round trip to work.
I'm determined to keep on top of this to try and battle through these next 20 weeks and I think writing it down will keep me on track. Some days I'll have to write it down and update it the following day due to work.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Friday I had:
Breakfast - a banana
Dinner - small jacket potato with cheese and spring onions
Tea - bacon sandwiches with a tiny bit of ketchup
Went to bingo and had a pint of bitter shandy. When I came in I had a bake well tart.
Been to the gym and cycled 11km, rowed 1800 metres, went on the treadmill 1.2km (normally manage about 2.5km but was knackered from pushing myself to get to 10k plus in the cycle machine). Also did 4 lots of weights the trainer mentioned before.
On track with 3 lots of exercise this week as i went swimming yesterday and the gym Wednesday. Hoping to go swimming before work Sunday too.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Been on the scales today and was 14 stone 2lbs. Then mum came in with some food and the dog ate some with me, but it's not been ideal today.
Breakfast - banana
Dinner - pork and stuffing cob
Tea - toast. Also had 3 cupcakes from sainsburys (fed half of it the dog to be fair) and a bar of lidl chocolate as my mum was peeved for not losing as much as she hoped so decided to go on a binge, which hasn't helped. Had a rest day exercise wise as I like to watch the football Saturday's but hoping to go swimming before work. Sticking to just drinking water which is helping.
Slowly getting there, just hoping that I get to 12 stone 13lb before December 27th as I'll be estatic.
I also found my old tracksuit trousers from when I played football at uni and they fit so I was estatic to be honest. There's a lot of clothes that don't fit now mind so slowly trying to sort stuff out.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

So yesterday I had:
2 half jacket potatoes in the morning (those with cheese and ham)
Late dinner I had half a packet of paella from farm foods
Tea I had half a cheese on toast that I took to work.
Had a lidl yoghurt and 2 small oranges. Also had around 200 calories of sweets I took to work
Swam 1500 metres before I went to work.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

I also worked out on my walk home from work that if I get to 11 stone 10 lb I'll have lost a third of my body weight.
Being realistic with myself I don't think I'll get there before I go but I'm going to aim for 12 stone 10 lb so then I'll have a stone and whatever i put on on holiday to get off when I get back.
I've got just under 20 weeks to do it (I go 20 weeks yesterday) so means I need to lose 1lb a week.

Yesterday:
Yoghurt for breakfast
Half paella from farmfoods for dinner
Tuna salad for tea
Also ran/ walked 2.5km at the gym, 11 km on the treadmill and 1.8km on the rowing machine plus weights. I did have a few sweets though.
Today:
Breakfast 2 bananas
Dinner: fish fingers and peas
Tea: small piece of fish at home, toffee and Apple cake from wether spoons (was out at work, not been home since midday and was getting hungry but didn't want to spend loads if I'm honest)
At home ive had some chocolate, half pack of refreshers and a small pack of sweets, an old mount cider and an ice cream. No excuse, I'm just tired as I haven't stopped since early this morning. Also done hour Aqua class earlier and done 2 round trips to work, so around 4 miles ish.
Got 2 days ofF (thank goodness) so not going to the gym tomorrow and having a chilling day as I'm a bit tired and my knees ache a bit so having a take it easy day. Bit annoyed at myself for eating the sweets as they were for myself when at work over the weekend as got another long weekend ahead, but I recogn give or take I'll prob be around the 1500 calories with the exercise today.:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Dinner: fish finger with garlic from farmfoods with peas
Had 2 oranges midday too
Tea: creme egg ice cream and tuna, red pepper, spring onions and lettuce and blueberries.
Packet of fruit mintos with the dog too
Drunk water all day.
Going to darts tonight so might have a couple of chips bug not having much and a pint of bitter shandy. Haven't done any exercise but have been ready for a rest so has been quite nice to be honest just to chill out and look over my Australia and New Zealand plans. Payday today so will be booking some bits tomorrow.

So at darts and dominos (last one for 3 weeks so I won't be distracted) I had a bit of lasagne, a few chips and a quarter cheese sandwich. Not ideal, but I think I need to eat more earlier on to stop the hunger pangs sometimes.
Today I had:
Breakfast- banana - 100 calories
Dinner - 3 slices of bacon with a white cob (the dog helped me with the most of the second one when I realised it was 160 calories) - around 400 calories
Tea- had it out as was shopping so had a bit of chicken curry, noodles, spicy chicken and shredded beef with vegetables. I'd guess around 800 calories
Had a bottle of cider - 200 calories - and around 300 calories of squishes sweets.
Went to zumba this morning so I recogn give or take im around even (according to myfitnesspal I need to eat no more than 1500 calories, so I recogn I'm about even)
I've got 3 long days at work so will probably update tomorrow and Sunday. I'm hoping to go to the gym tomorrow and Sunday then I will have made it 3 times this week, zumba once and Aqua class once which is some sort of miracle for me, but I'm quite enjoying it if I'm honest.
Weigh in day Saturday. If I've not lost my pound I'm going to have to be more strict on the sweets:T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
