Haven't been on this thread before but wanted to wish you the best of luck.
I would just say one thing though, you didn't eat enough yesterday.
If you eat too little your body goes into starvation mode and you will not lose weight that way!
My daughter in law lost about 9 stone (she was VERY big) by using the gym and healthy eating, not specifically dieting, just eating well. What is this life if, full of care, we have no time to stand and stare0 -
Hi Dawyldthing, you definitely have a sweet tooth don't you?
I'm going to give some suggestions I will be gentle as I know how nerve racking it is to have your eating habits scrutinised. God knows I have had my fair share!
How would you feel about substituting your chocolate fix with chocolate covered fruit or peanut butter made in advance, sitting in the fridge so its ready to grab and go? Just have to melt the chocolate dip in the fruit or peanut butter and leave in the fridge until set.
Also do you have a lot of time to eat breakfast or is it usually a grab and go meal? Only ask as your breakfasts seem to be something you can pick up on the way out the door? If so could make your own cereal bars just stir ingredients and set in the fridge can make enough to last the week in advance. Means you can throw what you want in there, dark chocolate chips, dried fruit or nuts. Would be great alongside some fruit too. Or buy a healthy alternative if you don't want to make them.
The fish is a great choice, how about throwing some new potatoes and veg in the oven to roast for 20-30 mins? Get creative with colour and flavour. Healthy meals don't have to mean slaving over a hot stove all day. I am a great fan of meals you can sling in the oven/slow cooker and walk away from. Or even better make a big batch and just reheat portions as needed.
Sorry this has turned into quite a long post but hopefully it has been helpful.
Keep going you can do this ! :TThat voice in your head that says you can’t do this is a LIAR!

My sweet tooth got me to this point in all honesty. I go through phases with it all though.
I do eat a lot of breakfasts on the go, mainly because I'm not a morning person and if I'm starting at 8am Id rather have half hour extra in bed and just eat something on the go. I definately need to have more in that's got more substance, same with food. I'm going to try and do a plan as Ive got a quieter week this week work wise so should be easier to plan.
Yesterday I had:
Breakfast: banana
Dinner: spicy pork noodles from tesco (we're £1.06 so I couldn't resist
Had an ice cream from ice cream man (was at work 14 hours yesterday so needed something to keep me going in all honesty).
Tea - tuna, half a red pepper and spring onions.
Also had 5 biscuits I took with me and had som gum I took with me.
Today
Breakfast - handful of strawberries
Dinner- half a red pepper, tin of tomatoes, spring onions, half a can of tuna
Tea: some tiger loaf bread (probably 150g) with butter, had a small piece of strawberry and coconut cake (gave the dog some).
I've been drinking water to try and swill this cold out of me. Exercise wise ive done the water class Tuesday, went swimming Monday and dance class Thursday. I was aiming to go today but I feel dreadful. Aiming to go swimming 3 times a week this coming month as there's a challenge on swimfit and it should keep me on task. Also got my colour run in a week on Saturday which I'm I'll prepared for but will try and muster a jog lol:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Preparation is the key. Theres nothing wrong with having the occasional treat but ice cream, cheese rolls, penguin bars for your breakfast and cake for your supper isnt going to get the last stone off. You've done well, dont sabotage your weight loss so far by eating junk (because as nice as it tastes it is junk food) on a daily basis.0

So not really been doing too much this past 10 days (my mum went on holiday so I was running like a bull in a china shop - any other time and I'll book it off as it was too much on my own).
Been on the colour run today at Chatsworth house and did 5km in 45 minutes so was more than happy with that. Really really enjoyed it and had been looking forwards to it all year and it didn't let me down. Might sign up to a tough mudder next time rounds if I can train up when I get back.
Weight wise been on today and was 14 stone 1lb, not brillant but it's stabilised. So going to go through a different method which I found online:
http://www.muscleandfitness.com/nutrition/meal-plans/28-days-lean-meal-plan?page=4&cc=GB
Now I'm not doing protein shakes as I hate milkshakes so that will be reduced a bit but I'm going to give it a good try as I think if I make a plan I'll stick to it more. I think I'll just revolve the 5 days around as its only 11 weeks. Still going to try for a stone so leaving at 13 stone, big ask but if you don't try you don't know eh.
Also still going to go for the 14km swim in October, not been all month so a big ask but eh I'm up for the challenge:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:

Well done on your losses so far and all your exercise achievements. If you always do what you have always done, you will always get what you always got!0

Wow well done on the run!! :j:T
have you started the lean plan yet? How you getting on?
To be honest as long as you have half your plate as veggies, and a good quality protein you will do fine. These plans are sometimes more expensive than they need to be.
This is a good website for food ideas if you get stuck

I've had an awful week from work to my nan so this week diet wise has been a write off.
10 weeks today I'll be sat in dublin airport hotel so going to really start tomorrow.
Can't believe it mind, 70 days to go. If I don't go 13 stone 7lb I'll be really disappointed. Any lower and it will be a bonus:T:T  :beer::beer: to the lil one:beer::beer::beer:
