    Thank you :)

    Today:

    Breakfast: banana
Dinner: 3 slices of toast and some jam I took to work
Tea: 2 halves of jacket potato with cheese and ham fillings
Also had half a punnet of strawberries (dog helped me with some), a yoghurt and a banana.

Gym: 10km cycle, 3km jog/walk (slowly improving but having to go on it before cycling as I find by the end I'm knackered) rowed 1.9km. Also did some arm weights and leg weights (I will write the names down eventually). Also walked return to work.

On a long long shift tomorrow but will be weighing before I go so hoping for my pound off
    :T:T :beer: :beer::beer::beer: to the lil one :) :beer::beer::beer:

Hi and just want to say sounds like you are doing brilliantly.
I have downloaded a free app called lifesum and I put all my eats in it and it works it all out for me, how many calories etc
I also put in what exercise I have done and how much I weigh and I update my weight every week. I find it helpful as you may find you can eat more but just change some of your foods, I hope it helps you, good luck

Went on the scales on Saturday before work and I now am......

    14 stone :D

Absolutely delighted as I haven't seen this weight for quite some while. Just need to keep going now and not get distracted.

    So yesterday I had
    Breakfast: banana
Dinner: half a pack of frozen paella from farmfoods
Tea: a slice of cheese on toast (as I was at work so took it all with me), 1 plum, 1 lidl yoghurt. Also had a custard cream that I took to work with me.
Excercise: walked a mile to work as I literally was at work all day so couldn't do much more yesterday sadly.

    Today:
    Breakfast: banana
Dinner: other half of the paella with some vegetables I took and made a couple of roast potatoes.
Tea: Tripura, lettuce and spring onions. Also had a caramel ice cream bar as I needed something sweet today.

Exercise: 2km on the treadmill (after 2 days at work I just didn't feel I could do much more running today) 1.9km on the rowing machine and 11.5km on the bike. Also did my arm and leg exercises.

19 weeks today and I'll be on my way to Oz :) happy days :)

It's been a busy week this week and I've not ate as well some days so haven't updated the results but been on the scales today as I'm on a sleepover so wouldn't be able to weigh until Sunday (Id rather weigh before then next week it will be 8 days to get the weight off) and today I am

13 stone 13lbs. 50 lbs lost overall from when I very first started. :j

Exercise wise I did the Aqua fit class Tuesday and dance fit Thursday. Going to jump back on the bandwagon more from today though as I want to keep up the momentum.

I've not told many people at all but people are noticing. I've got a before picture from my holiday in Thailand so the day I go I'm going to do a before and after picture on facebook on my cover photo.

    Here's to the next 18 weeks :j

I also got myself a few sweets to get me through the shift so I recogn put was around 400 calories

Dinner: other half of paella with some vegetables.

I think I'm going to weigh myself Monday as I've got a long weekend with 2 long days and would rather get an accurate reading if possible. So I know where I'm going wrong.

Been to Aqua class Tuesday, gym yesterday (finally found the weights I do and it's lat machine, low row, chest press and leg press) and dance class today. Hoping to do something tomorrow then 2 long days at work rest of the weekend and will weigh Monday before going to work.

Can't believe only 17 weeks to go, felt like a lifetime at the start lol

Been on the scales this morning and was 13 stone 13lb. :s Not ideal as I haven't lost anything, but I haven't put any on so every cloud and all that. Went to the gym yesterday bug it's not open today (damn bank holidays). This week will be working Thursday morning so no dance class :( but aiming to go to different things at least 3 times.

One good thing is 16 weeks 6 days to go :)
