    Morning everyone

Living room hoovered and dusted yesterday.
    Dailies got done.

Had to look through Christmas present stash again. DD said I bought a present for GGD3 but I can't see it. I thought I had too. Oh well I've added her back on my list.

At my voluntary job today so it will be dailies and cat stuff.

    LW Thats a fantastic holiday.

I have cystitis - yuk. It was really bad last night then I read a tip about taking bicarb of soda in hot water which helped along with painkillers and a hot water bottle. Going to get a shower and see how I feel about work. Will need to get some stuff from the chemist anyway.

Car in garage today, please keep fingers crossed that it wont be expensive! If I do go to work I will end up stuck in town for a while unable to get home (no public transport where I live) which wont be fun.

LW that trip sounds amazing, I am very jealous. You both deserve it.

    Morning all

LW, how wonderful - I have cruise envy too ;)
    Wow Valli, that's some gift!

I managed to cross a few things off my list yesterday, but not all. Like you Honey Bear with your carpet, I frequently find that one job spawns several more which have to be done first before I can complete the one properly. And DH did not tell me that he had found his special cufflinks on Sunday, so I had spent time and effort yesterday worrying about where they could be and looking in odd places. He is still hunting for his old railway watch (having found someone who can repair it) but I know that it has to be in his man-cave, so I'm keeping well out of the way except to bring in supplies of :coffee: - at last he is going through every crate and re-sorting and labelling so that the man-cave is looking a bit more organised. He is actually doing more flying than I am atm :A

I knitted a little yellow duck in less than an hour yesterday evening and have already sewn up her and her brother - quite cute, even without headgear ;) I also did more work on the trauma teddy. All the washing is up to date and both beds have been stripped and remade. I did my shopping and my friend's and sat for an hour with her. I also remembered to wash the steam cleaner pad.

So my list for today looks like this:
[STRIKE]- email friend B about next Sunday[/STRIKE]done
    - finish F course notes and resources checklist
    - check P course materials
    - make decision about R course
    [STRIKE]- S&S bathroom and ensuite[/STRIKE]done
[STRIKE]- SW this morning[/STRIKE]lost half a pound, still within target :)
[STRIKE]- mushroom soup for lunch later nom-nom (I have some left-over single cream, don't tell!)[/STRIKE] soup is on to cook, but I will freeze the rest of the cream as DH has not maintained or lost ;)
    - bake fruit loaves
    - use up remaining cauli in cauliflower cheese
    - QHI and finish back of teddy this evening while catching up with TV
    - really want to start reading my new book

Haven't even thought about my Christmas lists yet :o

Hope that everyone has a productive day and that snuffles and sore heads are getting better x

    Morning all

JTTOU great news on the fitting

I'm the opposite of you lot trying to loose weight, I need to stop loosing it, it can be equally as challenging especially when trying to be GF. Just forced down my breakfast before shower and will have another one before or after my walk.

Paid stuff just until lunch time today so 'see you' after lunch.

Valli very exciting re the vallimobile.

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker Xmas Saver!
    Morning all,

well yesterday's list went by the wayside when I got home. Went upstairs to change and ended up starting to remove a wall. I'm likey to be seen on DIY SOS one of these days! To make things more fun I'm having visitors to stay on the 22nd so need to get this work as finished as possible by then.
Normal flying will have to be put on hold this week to get this done then picked back up next week so the house is in a fit state for visitors!

    Plan for this evening;
    - doctors appointment
    - deliver sold item
    - remove plasterboard and any remaining skirting - stack neatly for tipping Saturday
    - make soup

think that's going to be more than enough to be going on with, this wall isn't a small job!

Hope you're all warm and well

    Another grumpy day here :(
DD2 has pushed me to my limit. I ended up wacking her in the arm with DD1's new work slippers :( She was so shocked she cried, I'd like to add I did not hurt her. I told her I'm no longer talking to her as she just speaks to me like I'm something off the bottom of her shoe :(
Luckily she's staying at my parents tonight (she arranged it last week) but I'm stuck making the Brownies she'd promised to make for some church friends of my parents. We went out shopping for DD1's birthday yesterday evening and ran out of time.
Did I say my new phone finally turned up yesterday afternoon? :j Now I'm trying to reinstall everything I need/want on it  I lost all my numbers as it seems they weren't saved to the sim  I put a status on fb asking people to give me there numbers again and had 2 replies  I now have 8 numbers, just proving how important I am to others

DW on, WM on, TD on (De ja vu)
I'm going to make the brownies first then start on my jobs or they won't get done.
Just got a sorry text from DD2
