She didn't ask or even mention any charges!

I will keep you updated on what documents I receive (if any) and hopefully this will eliminate the need to wait up to 40 days :)
• Hello all,
<O:p
Thanks in advance for any help. I had an account with NatWest about 2 years ago and after constant trouble closed it. I know I can claim back charges over the last 6 years. The problem I have is that I was not informed that the account was overdrawn until it reached closed to £1000s in fines (I hadn’t used it for some time). I was given the option of going to court or taking a loan of unbelievably high interest. I was a student at the time and struggling. I was also scared of the repercussion of going to court. I am wondering if I can claim back for the loan that I was threatened into taking as it cost me in excess of £1500? As the money owed was based solely on charges I am wondering if the whole process I went through was illegal? I hope this makes sense.

Thanks for any advice.

• They still won't give me my money back and keep piling on charges, even now, at £38 a pop. I got £103 deducted in 2 days.

My Mint Card starts 4910, so doesn't tally with what you state.

Sorry I can't help you further.

Thanks thats a big help. i'll trawl back through my egg statements to see if I can see a transfer to a number like that.

Can anyone tell me the first 4 digits of a Natwest Visa card? Thanks in advance

I think you can, its the complaints department I think so if you go to option 3 it says something like if you would like to file a new complaint press 3.

Worth giving it a go!
