    You can't see the depth of that buttercream... It is most of an entire box of icing sugar. And I used most of a whole 1kg tub of Stork today. :rotfl:

    I think I better start Kondo'ing the place to fit you all in :rotfl: - took some cake to work today. And colleague commented on my slice... 'Oooh, you never made that yourself... it is so uniform and straight!!' - I looked at it and realise she is right. it is absolutely perfectly created. The cakes both rose to the same level and stayed flat, which left the exact right amount of buttercream filling all across the middle between them, and the edges were all the same thickness. I was even more proud :rotfl:
