Brilliant news Nicky!! Congratulations on your perfect pink bundle! I hope everything is going well for you both Xx
Thanks for checking up on me everyone. I haven't been feeling as good this weekend as I did through the week, but nowhere near as bad as I was last week. Will keep an eye on it again as I don't want to go back there. My cousin has sent me a load of stuff about coping strategies an anxiety so that will be my reading for the foreseeable!
Race night was fun. We spent £5.50 and won £1.50 so overall we were £4 down for a night out! If only they were all that cheap!
Yesterday ran away with itself. DS2 had a party in the morning and then DH tried an exercise class in the afternoon so we sat and watched, and then I was at work which was rather busy. Today has been swimming and then visits to MiL, Mum and Grandma, followed by homework for both boys.

Debt now stands at £2365. Haven't paid as much off this last month as I'd hoped due to half term. I'm also blaming half term for a paltry 3 NSDs in February!
On the positive, despite bad tempers and waves of fear, DH did not have a seizure in February, and it's been almost 7 weeks since his last seizure. That's the longest we've gone in a Looooooooong time, so hopefully the new meds are helping.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

glad to see you have finally had your consultation Lucky, are you having online cbt, or face to face, only reason I ask is because my counsellor said face to face is better, they are an hour long sessions and much like the counselling sessions I currently receive. I will be having cbt in the near future after my next two sessions of regular counselling xxLose 1st 7lb

CBT will be over the phone cazzy, much to my cousin's disgust! (She works in mental health in another area and thinks I should have face to face). I'm just happy to take anything going! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Debt total looking great though.
Positive vibes that the new meds continue as they have.
