Woo hoo go you! (send some weight loss vibes my way will you hun?!)Must use my stash up!0 -
Glad to see you back posting!!! And that DH avoided anything nasty. Must have been something in the air, Jelly kept coming in to me but she was cold. Soon as I bundled her up with extra blankets she was out like a light!
6lbs!!! Woman I wish I could be happy for you but that is what happens when you don't eat.. and some of it will go back on as soon as you start to eat a bit more normally. So PLEASE be kind to yourself, eat little and often, and stick to plan but expect a little gain next week - be proud of it because it will be healthier... I lost 1st9lbs through stress in just over 4 weeks when Him left me. All back on again as soon as I felt better!
Big hugs to everyone. So many strong people in herexx

Well done on the loss but as the lovely Lilt says don't be down on yourself if some of that goes back on next week now you are feeling a bit better

Blimey 6lbs!
Methinks you haven't been eating properly with your adjusting to the meds and your low spell but stay healthy and if you manage to lose weight safely as a side effect then cool but just make sure you eat enough and stay well. Loads of love

Well done onyour huge weight loss. I agree with others that you might see a teeny gain next week but please don't worry that is perfectly normal.

Cheers all. Yes, I'm expecting a gain next week regardless of how good I am this week, but I'm still going to try to be good and hope to either stay the same or have a small loss. 1.5lbs will get me the elusive 3 stone award that I've been chasing for eons so I'm hoping for that.
I'm actually sat typing this at the gym while DH is running on the treadmill. I have attempted a work out but didn't feel good so I'm just sat at the side waiting for him. No point in us both being ill!!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I first read that as you were writing it while on the treadmill and I was about to be seriously impressed!
But I am obviously still impressed by you as always, in every way, superstarx

Lol Levi, I can juggle many things at once, but if I tried typing on the treadmill I'd probably end up with teeth missing after flinging off the back of it :rotfl:.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

LOL - I used to use my phone to text on the treadmill. Not sure I could manage a forum post. I did have a few scares but they were mainly when my trainer suddenly bounced into side view when I am running/have music in my ears. I fell off once. Legs al stuck in the bars at the side, face planted onto the treadmill... sigh. He was a tool. And fat. How can a PT be fat hmm?
Anyway be careful with you and woohoo to the 3st award - know you will get there. I really REALLY need to join but I don't think I have the spare cash for this judging by my finances from April onwards. Bit of a squeeze! xx
