Thanks again for all the well wishes everyone :A.
Slightly better again mood wise today, which was helped I think by a better night's sleep last night. I had my telephone consultation with the therapy people this afternoon and I am being offered CBT.
Went to Clubbercise tonight in a bid to gain some positivity. Didn't think about the fact that I have barely eaten since Thursday and the end result was a panicky almost fainting mess at the end of the class. Luckily my Cousin and Auntie are both amazing and have been trained in anxiety/coping techniques as well, so they pulled me back round. Scared myself a bit though and have forced myself to eat tonight.
DH is not good at all tonight. Waves of fear and confusion etc. Think having to be the 'coper' for a day or two was too much for him and a seizure seems very likely. He said something new today though, that his vision went sort of tunnelled . Doesn't sound good!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Hi there Lucky,
glad to hear you are feeling better. We do all worry about ya - you know. I am always amazed how you always seem to hold things together after all the traumas you have been through.
Personally, I think you should have a huge "S" on your t-shirt (Super Woman) or maybe a smaller "W" on your hot-pants (Wonder Woman). You are truly an inspiration to me and many more MSEers on this site.
But please, please, pretty please with a cherry on top - please look after yourself and get all the help you can from the GP. If you aren't getting any help from your GP - do try and see OHs Doc.
I do hope that OH gets through this latest scare ok. Just a thought - but has he been remembering to feed himself whilst you have been laid up? I remember you saying he seems to be worse when he isn't eating properly, and with his attention span being what it is - he could have overlooked this.
Hope you have a restful night.

I am glad you managed to sleep better but you now know how much you need to eat regularly.
When Mr P was ill and my four were little I frightened them by fainting in the library and in Morrisons. They still remind me to eat
I hope DH has a good night too and his waves of panic do not build into anything worse.
Sometimes it does them good to realise that we aren't invincible and that they have to take the reins even for just for a short while.business mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Got through the night without incident (well apart from DS2 trying to get into bed with us at midnight and the ensuing 50minute battle to get him to stay in his bed!!). I'm really surprised DH didn't seizure but I'm thankful too! He's had a 'small' wave of fear this morning but otherwise seems brighter.
Hi Patman! Thank you for your kind words. DH did indeed look after himself and eat, he even got me to order him a takeaway! You have a valid point though, and it wouldn't have helped that I wasn't feeding him 'properly'. The stress of being in charge is also a problem for him, hopefully normal service has somewhat resumed.
Granny, Pooh and Levi, oodles of love to you all. And to all my other lovely MSE family too XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
