DS2 was sick through the night. Just the once and he's bright as a button today, but due to the 48hr rule he has to be off school until Monday now! Eye looks more red today too .

Appointment with the Epilepsy Nurse this morning. Just routine but I like going as it feels proactive if that makes sense!

Sorry to hear you are feeling anxious and stressed again hun. Chub club... I thought earlier in the week you might possibly stay the same or have a gain just due to having no appetite and so not eating. The weeks my mum doesn't eat enough are the ones she gains on.

Hiya Lucky,
haha.. chub club is a good name!(sorry i am slow in catching up).. the one on eastenders that sonia runs is called 'fat blasters' but whenever she says it, i always think she says 'fat b*stards' which to be fair is a better name lol..
1/2 lb is really nothing at all, don't even think about it.. human beings on average will fluctuate between 3-5lbs every single day!

Epilepsy Nurse meeting was good. We just had a catch up and she was asking how DH was doing on new meds. We were honest and told her about the few wobbly days with his temper last week, but also that I have been struggling and there is a VERY slight chance I may have over reacted about it too. We have all agreed to see how it goes and keep her in the loop. We have put plans in place for how high we can go on this new medication dosage, and also a possible plan to increase one of his original medications after the blood tests we had done 3 weeks ago have shown that there is room for increase there too. DH has renewed optimism which always helps.

Today has been a NSD as we just came home after seeing the nurse, and we saw her at a medical centre which has free parking, rather than at the hospital. We didn't visit Grandma with DS2 being off sick, just incase he had a bug. He has genuinely been fine all day though, so think it's more likely he had eaten something dodgy.

Forgot to say, my 'helping others' thing for today has been putting bread out for the birds. Just a little thing, but birds are 'others' too right?! Xx

Birds are deaf (my mac changed this from 'defo' and then re-corrected this one to demo.. sigh, bedtime) others. Good news from DH's bloods and for DS2 just eating dodgy stuff.
