You needed new knickers, Lucky, cos the old ones are too big now and you don't want them falling down, lol.
Prayers for grandma and for DS's eye.

Just a thought - is there a foodbank local to you? The thought being, could DH help in their warehouse (actually a portakabin)? Our local foodbank has a couple of volunteers who have special needs, so it could be somewhere safe for him to feel useful?
Food needs to be sorted into categories and also in date order. It also needs to be bagged into categories of single person, couple, family with up to 2 children (and age related), families with 3 or more children. What would you get if all you got was what you were thankful for?0 -

Thanks for all the messages.
Grandma is still in hospital and will be for a few days at least. They think the antibiotics she's been taking for bronchitis have inflamed her bowel problem and she is just worn out.. Really disappointed for her.
Feeling low again today. Everything getting to me Xx
Levi - chub club (or fat class!) is my affectionate name for Slimming World! Don't feel quite so affectionate about it today as I gained half a pound last night for no good reason . Been really good as well.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Satchmo, volunteering at the food bank is a good idea and one I have been thinking of. Was also debating volunteering to walk the dogs at the cat and dog shelter. Will try to find out more XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Sorry to hear Grandma is poorly again. Well wishes heading their way over to you
Don't worry about that half a pound, considering the stress you've been under again lately it's hardly surprising. stress makes your body hold onto its fat stores. It'll be off again before you know it xTargets

Hi Lucky,
So sorry to hear you are feeling low again. TMI ALERT - but I don't suppose you are due your monthlies??. I am 40 this year and I have noticed the last couple of years, about 10 days before I am due on, I really struggle with depression like symptoms.
I never used to suffer with these PMT like moods but they are really getting me down lately, and i am on the verge of visiting the Drs about it.
Now I am sure it is probably to do with all the love you have to pour out looking after Dh & the boys and not having enough left to look after you, but I thought I would put it out there just in case.
I imagine you are a similar age to me, but I might be prematurely aging you (Sorry) xxx.
I hope you manage to find something that will cheer you up a little and make you smile.
Ignore this post if its totally irrelevant. xxxx
BIG HUGS xxx0 -
Just want to add that I think you are awesome..... I love that you want to give to others - family and community
And yes..... Stress and hormones really contribute to moods.... I use the app p tracker and it really is enlightening.

Thanks Granny, Steph and BM Xx
Feeling a bit better tonight after a rather dodgy day.
Grandma has perked up a bit now they have stopped the antibiotics and has eaten something tonight.
Steph, I'm 36 so we are close in age. I have noticed my mood swings being linked to my cycle, more so since I lost the twins, but I've been experiencing anxiety for over 2 weeks now so not so sure it's 'just' that. I think stress is more to blame.
My 'make a difference' thing for today was for my gorgeous friend who lost her 16 year old daughter (my goddaughter) last year. I've arranged for us to see the spiritualist medium who gave me such a wonderful message from my Dad. That's in a couple of weeks.Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j
