Well done on your great weight loss this week. I had that cold last week and whilst nowhere near as bad as flu it left me feeling pretty carpy.

Take care of you and once again at your great loss:

  • Hello pickle

I hope you are through the worst of the cold today. I too was poleaxed after my last post, and yesterday I was a living zombie at work. Went to bed 20 mins after getting in from work with no dinner even & felt a bit more human after 11 hours sleep. I appreciate that sleep isn't exactly solid and 11 hours unheard of in your house, so if you still feel poorly, try and get some more sleep tonight - it helps.

Love watching Christmas films. In this house it is Elf that is the Christmas herald, although I love so many other films far more. Him is a stickler for that one.. :) lol

Big hugs, hope boys & DH not colded up & you feel better soon! xx

  • Nom nom MiT! I saw that photo on Facebook earlier and was very appreciative of it!! Lovely to have it on this thread too, thank you.

Lilt, I've never seen Elf all the way through :o. For me, the best ever Christmas movie is Santa Claus the Movie. And Love Actually for Christmas Eve with a glass of something lovely.

I feel less snotty today but its moved onto my chest now and I've got an impressive hacking cough. MiL made me some soup which was nice of her and saved me making lunch for DH and I. It was DS1's school Christmas fair this afternoon so I dragged myself to that and spent a pretty penny on tombolas etc while DH attacked the cake stalls.

  • Sugar fiend again? Hope all is well!

It appears to be attacking my chest too. I've a hearty rattle but a tickly cough still. I freak out at chest infections. Hope it passes for both of us!

P>S who is Jesse? Yum... but who?! Lol
