Sorry to bring you bad news but they never answer, infact even their answer phone is full.
I have a court date and the judge has asked me to negoitate but I can't even try too. I sent them a fax but they have even ignored this.

What the H*** can I do next.

Good luck to everyone who is still trying......

I dont quite know who your banks are, but have you tried faxing (pointless if its LLoydsTsb the damn thing just rings) but alternatively write to them, send by overnight courier if you can, pricey i know, but effective as alot of recorded deliveries are now being signed for as a mass...

Firstly you should have contacted the court advising them that you have now been made an offer that you are willing to accept. The court could have helped you speed up the payment process.

Secondly they should have informed you when they intend to pay it but its usually between 2 to 4 week (unless you had the court on-side to chase it quicker :()

Thank you for your advice. I will ring the Ct in the morning. God this is so difficult when you don't know what you are doing but I am getting there slowly.

    Cheers:j

dont ever worry about not knowing what you are doing....most of us have the knowledge in different respects as to what we have individually gone or are going through....there is always someone who will have the answer to any problems you may be unsure of or are posed with....Dither ye not lad/lass lol

  • Hi,has anyone got experience claiming their charges from Lloyds?I must say i have not stuck to my timetable from my side due to having a baby but as in the templates i give them deadlines and the only answer i receive in this time is that their customer services will get back to me in 28 days.I recently got refused and just send the letter threatening taking them to court. If I get a reply again waiting for their customer service centre to get in touch shall i just go ahead and contact the ombudsman? Also i used to have a credit card with lloyds tsb within 6 years ago but got no more details of this.Does the data protection allow them to give me my old card details and statements?will I have to pay £10 again?Anyone got some advice please?

hiya ive sent my letter off to lloyds stating that if i didnt get a response from them within 14days i was going to take them to court,so i havent heard from them, the 14 days was up last wed and still no reply so ive started filling in my claim online unfortunately because of the size of my claim i have to pay £120 charge but i dont get paid til the end of the month so will have to put it off til then but on the hand i might hear from them by then we'll see! i have read on hear that some people are being made offers so you might hear something.as for having to pay the £10 again im not sure but you could send it off it might just stop things from being held up on that one.goodluck
