Now this is interesting....
At the beginning of last week i got a letter from SCAM offering me the full amount which i agreed to....
Yesterday i received 2 letters from the bank telling me that they were putting the usual £750 into my account and sending me a cheque for another amount, which actually totals £93 less than what i've agreed with SCAM...
I'll give it till the end of the week to see what turns up.0 -
Lloyds have just put £1003 into my account without notifying me first. I actually was asking for £1111 and was just two weeks away from court date. I am really pleased of course, but why have they paid slightly less???0

I have just received a statement for my lloyds tsb account today and they plan to charge me £60.00 for going overdrawn on two seperate occasions.
The first time is for 12p
The second time is for £4.54
whats my best form of defence?
Or is it worth accepting the losses due to the fact that court costs would be higher than £60.00?

first ring customer relations, explain that you feel charges are unfair and that if as a gesture of goodwill they could return these charges.
If not write in.

hiya geordiepaul you are entitled to them back so you should apply and i think(but dont quote me on this) you should only pay a small court fee with it only being a small amount i think it may only be £30 but it will tell you when you fill in the online claim form @ moneyclaim.

Tnaks for the replies.
I may pop into the branch today and politely ask if they can do anything with the chrges.
The trouble is that the account is not my main account, it is simply used as an account to link to paypal to pay for ebay purchases.
They may not feel that they need to keep me happy.
