Are they still doing the 3pm "grace" period, I.E. not charging until after 3pm of the day you exceed overdraught?0

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
I have business and personal accounts with lloyds. With the current climate my small business is finding it hard to get paid on time. This has left me up to my £100 overdraft limit on my personal account and my business account doesnt have an overdraft as lloyds recently asked/told me they wanted me to clear it (£2k) within one month or take a loan .
I had recently been charged £35 for a returned direct debit, and £15 per day when used an unplanned overdraft. I got worried about some impending direct debits so asked to extend my personal overdraft to cover them short term while i could sort out shifting some savings in to my account.
The overdraft got turned down, with a "computer says No" attitude. I then had 5 direct debits returned within a couple of days. I wanted to know where i stand on this because they are going to try and charge me £35 a time.
Thanks

Hi everyone.. Need a bit of advice about claiming with lloyds tsb.. I have sent them a couple of letters, which they replied with 'you are having financial difficulties' so basically they didnt want to pay out.. So last monday i took it to MCOL. They gave lloyds from the 1st Feb till the 14th to reply.. I have checked this morning and they have defended the claim, which means it will go to court ets.
Has anyone bee in this situation? If so please can you guide me with what will happen next...
Thanks0 -

The case will be stayed and you will have to wait unfortunately until they can tell us officially that they don't have to pay us anything.0 -
Hi
I have just received the backdated statements from Lloyds TSB. I have 4 sets in all as we had 4 accounts (2 sole, one joint and a business account). I have read a lot of the info already on these boards but need more info as to what I can and cant claim.
The actual issue I have is the list of charges Lloyds has provided doesn not in any way compare to the lists mentioned on these boards.
What I need is specific info to Lloyds TSB accounts if anyone has sent in a claim and has a list of the actual wording Lloyds use it would be very helpful.
I feel like a bit of an idiot but I am sure it is because Lloyds as always had to be different!
Hoping to get back enough to clear the loan debt I now have with Lloyds so any help welcome please!
ThanksFailure is only someone elses judgement.

HAS ANY1 BEEN TO COURT VIA MCOL??????
I know I have already wrote on here regarding my Lloyds claim, but am really worrying about it.
It is going to court as they have defended it via Mcol, but ive never been to court and wary of what happens. Also is it a waste of time and money doing this?
I have already payed the £80, but am told i will have to pay another £100+ when it goes to court. Will I ever get my charges back.???

Hi all.
Not sure if this is the right place to ask - charges from lloyds are crippling me just now, I'm not far from having to go bankrupt I think.
Has anyone been in a situation where they've agreed to stop charges til you get back on your feet?
It would help me greatly.0 -
the same thing happened to me with lloyds... they will not stop the charges completely, but they asked me to pay back what i could each week, and increased the o/d while i was doing this to stop even more charges being made against it.. Just give them a call and explain. there usually quite good.... Just not when it comes to paying bank charges back lol0

Please can someone tell me or direct me to where I can find the info on Lloyds bank charges and what I can and can not claim? I have looked but cant find anything specific as their wording is different to most.
Many thanksFailure is only someone elses judgement.
