It sure does EZ and you had a massive hand in it. You stuck with me and gave me the confidence and directed me to the knowledge to go for the jugular LOL
I never in a million years thought it would of been that easy.
If I'm honest half of me wanted it to go to PoPLA and even beyond because once you understand the very muddy waters the PPC's operate in, you realise they don't have a leg to stand on.
I'm already spreading the word. The people I work with are sick of me already, but I cant contain my enjoyment at beating probably the worst/biggest PPC out there (according to the amount of appeals sent to Popla 2013/14). It goes something like "did I tell you that I had four Parking Charge Notices cancelled" :rotfl: They are sick of me, but now they know not to pay any PPC tickets. Word of mouth travels very quickly. They will thank me one day and I will of course thank everyone here on their behalf.
The local newspaper. Now that sounds interesting and it will add even more weight behind Challenge the Fine. Now that sounds ALL GOOD.0 -
I only nudged the tiller really - I just pinched CMs long template and shortened it. I've put it to good use a few times now.
I'm really thrilled that 4 have been done - truely a great result and I'm sure one that will be shouted out loud on this forum.0
