If you're concerned, send them as well by snail mail (as a back-up), and get free certificate of posting from your Post Office. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

It's never a problem, PE cases submitted online have never been reported 'lost' to my knowledge.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thank you also CM, I've got to say there is always a 1st time, and I am a bit on the unlucky side. After all I did get 4 PCN's in 1 day :rotfl:
Although I should take it as good luck, because if it had only been 1 I would of probably moaned but paid it without question.Getting 4 PCN's has opened up a whole new world. Thank you very much PE :rotfl::rotfl:
Now there's something you don't hear very often lol0 -
Well if you like, you could use one 2nd class stamp just to post an appeal (the usual sort of thing from the keeper) with all 4 PCN numbers written on the top, and put 'all challenged online as well'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all,
Received great news today.
:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:ALL PCN's CANCELLED :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Reference: Parking Charge Notice - **************
Dear Sir / Madam,
We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on ** October 20** at **:**:**, at Sunderland Royal Hospital (Main Entrance Drop Zone) car park.
We can confirm that this Charge has been cancelled and there is no outstanding payment due on this account.
Kind Regards,
********** Team
Christmas has come early for me and my partner
We are absolutely over the moon to say the least.
We received the good news via e-mail today.
This was all made possible with the help and support I have received on this forum. I cant thank you all enough, especially ezerscrooge,Coupon-mad,Umkomaas you are all legends
I hope "NEWBIES" read this thread an take confidence from it to tackle these bully boy company's and their extortionate charges and the underhanded way they try to enforce them. The fact that they have not gone to PoPLA says a lot. They knew they would lose and would have had to pay for it. They must be losing money hand over fist, and rightly so. It was never theirs in the 1st place. It belongs in the motorists pocket.
This is not the end of my journey, just the beginning. I will not rest until PPC's are put out of business or at least, be regulated by a trustworthy body who demand/ensure PPC's conduct themselves in the correct/fair manner. I will carry on learning about all things related to PPC's and hopefully tell many more victims of their right to challenge the PPC's. I will also continue with my support for "Challenge the Fine", and look forward to Michaels day in court.
I have written to the hospital to complain and await their reply, I encouraged them to rid themselves of these parasites and to think long and hard who they jump into bed with next, and not to be conned just like motorists into how these company's operate.
Again a huge heart felt thank you to all who help guide me through this.
Enough said,
For now anyway :beer:0 -
Well done BobbyD!
I must say I had major reservations initially that you were going to be able to manage this on your own - and said so in my earlier posts on this thread. I'm delighted to eat my own words. Kudos buddy!
I don't want to rain on your parade, but the quotation you have given from the cancellation notice above seems to refer to a single PCN - but you had FOUR?We refer to the Parking Charge incurred on ** October 20** at **:**:**, at Sunderland Royal Hospital (Main Entrance Drop Zone) car park.
Are you absolutely certain that all four are cancelled?
If you want to continue with the fight against unfair private parking penalty charges, why not join in with the regulars in giving some of the benefit of your experience.
Start off 'small' by, for example, referring newbies to the NEWBIES sticky (where they clearly haven't yet read it) and work up from there. That's how I started, knowing little or nothing about the process, but read and learned from lots of the advice given on the forum from the likes of Coupon-mad - and it's continued from there.
I suspect a glass or two is on the menu tonight at Chez BobbyD?Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Yes indeed all four have been cancelled. I just didn't want to post them all as I'm sure you are aware I do go on a bit :rotfl:
I feel honoured that you would even suggest that I could point "NEWBIES" in the right direction.
It was only a couple of weeks ago when I crash landed here desperate for help. You all stuck by me ( I did try your patience and get a telling off from Miss lol) and I'm not ashamed to say, literally held my hand and guided me to victory. This I will never forget. The fact that you all use your own free time to help other people says a lot about you all and this forum as a whole
CM
I will most definitely be sticking around even if its to find out how to do multiple quotes and how to pick what sentences to quote. I really have got a lot to learn :rotfl::rotfl:0 -
