Anyone know when i will get the £75 voucher for signing to the plusnet deal that was advertsied on MSE last month (Nov 2015) Or if there is a process where i can query this?. You had to go via a special link and enter your code which i did and the service is activated. I dont have anyway of knowing if i am going to receive this £75 voucher as i cant get hold of plusnet as on hold for over 30 mins.
What was the terms for this as didnt save a copy and now not on the site?

Hi both,
I wondered if either of you had received your cheques?
My broadband was activated on 7 Dec and the 60 days has elapsed since then.
Having viewed threads on previous Plusnet cashback deals advertised through MSE, I understand that there is a 14 day window from the end of the 60 days during which the cheque might be sent.
I'm sure the relevant wait period is 60 and not 90 days but also I recall the cash back amount was £100 rather than £75?
I will wait a little longer to see if the cheque comes through.
In the meantime, wondered if anyone has had any luck with this one. Also, any recommendations for whom to chase up if the cheque is not issued?
I did contact Plusnet before but was advised they could not assist in respect of any deal offered through a third party And that the third party was accountable.

Hi everyone,
I signed up to Plusnet in reliance on the MSE link. I have not subsequently received anything despite waiting the 60+14 days.
My broadband went live on 7 Dec. I received a text the same day saying "my broadband order had successfully completed". I received a further text on 24 Feb repeating the same message.
I wondered whether the 74 days might count from the latest text. Having since contacted Plusnet, however, I have been advised that my deal did not have cashback.
At the time, EE had wanted to retain my custom and had said they could offer line rental payable upfront as well as free broadband. However, they were unable to offer cashback and it is for this reason that I went with Plusnet.
I also chose Plusnet over Sky (which had a similar cashback deal) for their highly rated customer service but it is really disappointing that they have downright refused to help in anyway, despite me citing the newsletter and link that I used to access the deal. They have said this is something for MSE to deal with.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?0 -

I never received my cheque from this deal, as it looks like it didn't track on Plusnets side of things. Could the Plusnet Rep please look into this for me and sort it? I have a screenshot of my order before placing and the 75 offer is clearly visible so as far as I was concerned it should have gone through.
