I also received a reply on my ticket today to say that the matter has been escalated and my ticket is back on hold till Friday 26th. That's not exactly soon in my opinion.0 -

Can anyone help me re Plus Net cashback offer 75 pounds!
Can you help following martin's weekly Email Mail last month.
Has anybody signed up for the above deal. I did and the service went live on 12/12/14. I was told that I would get an email within 10 days with details of how to get the £75 cashback this hasn't happened so is this a con? Despite phoning customer services, using the chat online facility, and the submitting a question, plusnet has been unable to tell me when I will get an email and have just told me to keep checking my email. I just wondered if anyone has been successful.:mad:0 -

Its not a con. Just a bit slow.
I went live on 10 November and I got my e-mail on 18 November. My cheque arrived on 19 December.
Check your junk box in case0 -
As yet still no link and there is a delay in the cheques up to 30 days according to customer relations !

My £75 cheque arrived today. Date on the cheque is 12th December but I have no idea when it was posted as there is no postmark on it.
However glad to now have it along with my £100 Quidco cashback.0 -
I too signed up to the offer using the link form the MSE website. A while after my service went live and not hearing anything I contact customer support who told me an email would be sent out to soon. Still nothing so I contacted them again. My question was put 'on hold' for a week or so and then they came back to say no offer exists? Maybe it is a con? I've tried emailing MSE about this but the email failed, so I filled in a form about it, but have not got a reply?0

I signed up on the 27th October, which I think was a few days before the end of the offer. I used the link form this website and got confirmation back Fibre order reference: 3-104679885116, Phone order reference: OR0000003996120 Connection was made 12th Nov. i emailed customer services on the 7th Dec (Question reference 95835113) and told: 'I can confirm your cashback will be sent to you in the form of a voucher code. In order to claim this, you will receive an e-mail up to 30 days after your broadband going live. This will be sent to the e-mail you used to sign up your account (Or the one provided by us if you didn't provide one).'
Still nothing by 28th Dec so I raised another question (reference 96843113) and was later told: 'the offer you signed up is Unlimited fibre broadband at £3.99 per month for 6 months and does not include any cashback. Marketing activity week30 w/c 20/10/2014 shows no cashback on octfibre14.'0
