    My connection hasn't dropped as yet but I know there is that 10 day stabilisation period. I am not that far from the exchange and am getting a download speed of around 17meg. Upload is below 1 though.

    I can't seem to link my Sky box with my Sky+ app either; says its not on the network even though its connected via ethernet.

    Quidco for me says 25 November so fingers crossed for that. Nice brucey bonus for Xmas.

    My connection seems to have settled down. I'm getting just over 4mb just now - quite a bit from the exchange. Sky started off that way though and ended up at just over 6mb which was the same as O2 so I'm hoping that's what will happen.

    Have you reset the connection on the actual Sky+ box? I had to do that once the BB changed over as I couldn't connect to catchup. Sky+ app works fine.

    So 28 days on no cheque has arrived. Been told by Plusnet they cannot see if a cheque has been sent. Have to wait for 30 days to elapse (this Friday) before I can chase it. Then goodness only knows what happens. Another 30 days?

    My email was received and acted upon on the same date - 18th November. As with you no cheque has been received as yet.

    I have posted on a thread in the PlusNet Community forum where there are other people asking the same question, both for the £75 cashback and the £50 cashback.

    I was advised by Chris (same person as Chris here or not?) to open a ticket and let him know on the thread.

    Have you been to the PlusNet forum?

    I have been and also on the live chat. Latter said wait til Friday as they can't see if cheque has been issued which I find really odd

    My ticket has been put on hold till 7am tomorrow morning. No cheque as of yet and not likely to be one before 7am so we'll see what they say next.
