Have to say I have had a really tough couple of days mood wise.
I will keep plodding.
A new month on Sunday which means a year left on my fix.
My CC is slightly higher than I would like.
Need to get back on track.
I am going to the physio again next week which is only a week but sadly needs must.
A friends 50th tomorrow.
Much much cooler here today.
