Me too young bean. I don't think it's overly political to feel other countries decisions creeping nearer. All we can do is be kind to our communities and neighbours in whatever small ways we can, and email our parliamentary representatives saying that we're uneasy. And make sure we have a torch and batteries just in case, to take an action to soothe stressy subconscious brain

At least so far they have kept us out of it. I find it difficult to believe that I used to be a big supporter of Israel - never really of the US. Remember Golda Meir.

It’s worrying me too … we’ve had panic buying of fuel around here already. I did fill up yesterday and that will typically last me a month now that I do so few miles. I will go back to not letting it drop below half a tank I think.
There are strawberry CBD gummies which are much more pleasant, I take one three times a day and it has helped (until my shoulder kicked off … 🙄).

I agree on the CBD drops, but a friends son swears by them.

I once had the most delicious CBD truffles. I have no idea who made them (sadly) but they were so yummy - I ate them. No idea if they really helped - I ate the lot in a couple of days ! (I too am worried but given my March focus I'm trying to stick with positive thoughts and not give the worry house room).
