Have had quite high pain levels. Very stiff.
My hair is driving me mad. I’ve had it cut since my head injury but I can’t have my highlights done as it’s still swollen & the wound is still healing. What on earth can I do to brighten it up a bit. I don't know whether it still exists but there used to be a colour spray. You could cover the wound site & spray around. You would need to read the instructions carefully though.

Really pleased with my decluttering and what has gone from the house recently. Two more things away today so very pleased with that. I will never be miminilist but so pleased.
I will need to visit z a MD this coming week & get rid of the last bits n bobs still have from when she was staying.
